This is the only white castle in the city I live in the service was very quick, but when I received my food, the cashier was still unaware what I needed and gave me just the opposite of what I said. Customer Service means a lot. It only takes a few minutes to repeat back and orderand give people the right things. It makes a difference and you should not have an attitude with somebody and they’re just telling you what they want. The customer comes first.
Food was hot and service was very good and they got these little gooey butter cake ???? ????????soooo delicious
30 min in the drive-thru ,with 3 cars ahead, is diabolical! Won’t be back. Feel like im trapped in the drive thru.
The person who got me wanting to make this review is Bre! Amazing customer service, communication, problem solving. Great attitude & her customer interaction skills are on point! Y’all got a good one for sure!
I ordered through the drive thru. The person who took my order was polite and friendly. Food was made fresh and the wait wasn't long at all.
They may be a little slow because they always busy but the employees are great and professional haven't had a bad experience in going to the restaurant but using Uber eats or door dash sucks they leave your food on the curb I was mad and they leave your food on the porch they don't let you know your food is there even when you let them know to ring the door bell when they get there but anyway they food is awesome when you go get it yourself
Wish it was an option to leave 0 stars because no way I waited an hour to receive my food just for most of it to be missing. Came back to get a refund & the manager would not come to the window to speak with me. I do appreciate the cashier Ty for trying his best to help me hope he leave this place soon suck he has to deal with the attitudes of people when it’s his coworkers fault. & since when did it become okay for managers to be on the job but can’t talk to the customer.
Have only had one less than excellent meal here, but it was just the jalapeno crisps were absent from my order. Overall I don't have any negative remarks about the establishment.
