Food was finally hot and correct. I've recently left negative reviews because they couldn't get a simple order right. It appears they had a revamp of employees and staff, because I order 10 sliders with no onion, and 10 with extra onion. It wasn't perfect, but close enough
The fries were hot, and my daughters chicken rings were hot, and the burgers were pretty much on point. I have another white castles here near me, but I prefer this one, because the other one near me is just a shit show. Employees higher than a Georgia pine, inaccurate orders, poor customer service. Take my word. The white castles on Ford Rd near i-275 is the one to go to. They have really tightened up.
Arrived around 10:45pm, when things start to get busy for late night munchies. I was in a line with about five cars in front of me just to order drive thru. When I finally got to place my order, the staff member taking our order was friendly and had a pleasant tone despite the flux of patrons. It did take us quite a bit to get through the line and get our food but we were entirely satisfied with our late night experience of ordering 20 sliders and appreciate White Castle’s staff for taking care of us.
By far the worst White Castle cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Disgusting soggy mess. Employees clearly don’t care.

I called and spoke to manager. My husband ask for extra pickles. WE DIDNT GET, BURGERS WERE DRY AND TASTED STALL . ONION CHIPS WERE OLD AS HELL. I OVER HEARD GUY SAY HE WASNT DROPING AND FRESH. HE WAS WAY TO BUST TRYING TO GET HIS FLIRT ON WITH THE YOUNG LADIES THAT WERE PREPARING TO BURGERS/ SLIDERS. THIS CREW OF YOUNG PEOPLE EITHER NEED TO BE TERMATED IR RETRAINED. THEY MADE WHITE CASTLE LOOK BAD. The manager told us to come back and shed out our name in the book to replace the order FRESH which was a total of $ 21.50. These young folks I wouldn't trust ever again. I advise anyone that goes to this White Castle to NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. WHEN I PICK UP THE NEW ORDER THATS SUPPOSE TO BE FRESHLY MADE WHEN I GET THERE. IF ITS ANYTHING WRONG I WILL BE CONTACTING AGAIN FOR REFUND. WHICH I SHOULDA ASK FOR IN THE FORST PLACE. IM STILL GOING TO FILE A CONPLAINT ONLINE.
My friend went here on Veteran's Day, was shamed, embarrassed and not served by the employees here. Why advertise a program to thank our service men and women and then treat them with disdain. This "restaurant" is a disgrace. If you're looking at the reviews, please go somewhere that at the very least tolerates our Veterans.
I use to love the hamburgers cheeseburgers not so much .

I know fast food workers don't care but damn, the manager is the worst.
It's ideal for children to sit and eat as well. They also have great customer service and cheaper too.
