People are always very rude in here. Very slow. No rush. Move like a snail get better service from crack Donald's and that's bad at least White Castle. Got my order right was the only good comment I have
I'm done with this location. The young lady at the did nothing to exemplify the white castle standard. My order was incorrect and I caught nothing but attitude all because the customer in front of me ordered 30 white castle burgers. I ordered 5 1921 burgers white cheese only. I ordered them that way because I didn't want to risk getting the dried up tomatoes and brown wilted lettuce. Guess what, i got it anyway. No worries, i'll just take it off. When I got to the last burger, it was so dry and hard that it put me more in mind of a breakfast sausage patty than a burger. Just Pitiful i tell you. The piss poor service is what sealed the deal for me. Never again!
I worked for White Castle before. And these White Castle did not taste like White Castle. I don't know what y'all done with the recipe are. Y'all not putting salt pepper on the hamburgers. When they're cooking them, they're doing something wrong if the onions are not the right kind, onions or you're cooking it with soy burgers now. I remember when it was 10 cents a piece
I know economy went up unlocked, but I still feel like you get a little burger and you're paying a big price for it. My family used to go to White Castle all the time and get like 2 cases of the 30 and 6 bags of fries to feed the family, but we could do that now. No one has the money to pay that much work.
It was a wholesome place to eat.
When people didn't have a whole lot of money. Now you have them a whole lot of money to eat there, and that worth the price. Sorry for i'm giving up straight out opinion.I think y'all could do better y'all have
I ordered in the drive through, there were cars driving away because there was a bit of a wait. I asked for a 30 piece crave case cheese no onions and two chicken sliders. There were onions on all but two burgers and they gave me the wrong receipt.
Downloaded the app, signed up for the crave nation rewards program, and got a free meal! We were in major need of something to eat for dinner with what little money we have and this meal helped. The service was great, no wait time, and the food was fresh. They ran out of Big Red, but asked if I wanted to replace it with a different drink, of which I did.
Sometimes there is a wait time/line, but I've never had an issue here.
Staff was polite and friendly. Order was fast and correct. Thank you for keeping true customer service alive.
Food was very hot . Service was so so . I've seen better though . Not very friendly service but it was good timing on my food . I don't do White Castles very often . I have to crave them and then others and myself is paying for it after eating them . They tare my insides to pieces and I get sick from them . I love them but they don't love me .
Got there about 3ish in the afternoon, no line, fresh food and the girl in the window was super sweet!
