Needed a quick option for lunch after viewing our granddaughter graduate. We enjoy Krystal at home, so we investigated the Yankee version. The sliders were very good with plenty of onions. The French fries were the best. Arby's could learn a thing or two about how to make excellent crinkle fries.
I almost always stop here in the morning time after working nights. It is one of the few places where I can get something to eat that is not breakfast. Food is always fresh, and order is correct. Many times, they will set a fresh grill to make non breakfast items. When I stop, it's always good.
Was passing through from the east coast to Indiana. Columbus is the first area that has a White Castle as you drive west. Was stoked to finally get some. I ordered the #2 with a 5 piece mozzarella cheese stick. The meal itself seemed fresh. The thing I look forward to the most as soon as i open my bag are those freshly cooked mozzarella cheese sticks. You know those first few minutes when you can take a bite and the melted cheese just makes a long string. Well these were just warm like they’d been sitting for a bit and definitely were NOT melty. I was disappointed to say the least.
Who ever made my food on Thursday 1:30 AM 10-17-2024, is the worst cook to exist. Worst taste I’ve ever experienced in my 23 years of living. As soon as I took my first bite, I knew I was going to get food poisoning.
This is the best Castle! Very clean. The food was hot, fresh and served fast. Carrie took my order and is the best! Friendly and made sure I was happy with my order. I will go back.
First time eating here not sure what’s in the burgers but I became itchy in my sleep later on that night. Took a while to realize I was constantly itching on my back before I awoke and realized this was the last and only thing I had before bed. I have no allergies nor am I allergic to anything specific. Service was decent was greeted and treated respectfully but I will not be trying again.
This place should be ashamed of themselves. I went thru the drive thru at around 10 tonight. I saw a sign saying a 10 pack cheese sliders for 7.99. I ordered them along with onion chips and a BEC toast sandwich. First mistake the guy charged me $11 and some change for the sliders. I couldn't ask why bc it's a computer but when I got to the windows they changed it. He then had the audacity to ask me to pull forward so they could make my food fresh. I say audacity bc my food (after I waited forever at the 2nd window) was burnt. I don't mean just a little brown, I mean black, entire toast burnt. Not just the top piece but the bottom as well. I sat waiting for my food at least 7-8 minutes and I find it hard to believe they couldn't take 35 seconds to remake the toast. I'll post the pics if it let's me. This right here is exactly why we should not be raising min. Wage to $15. if you care that little about your job and have that little of respect for the work you do, why should you get paid any more than what you are making now? People want 15 an hour and they can't even make a piece of toast, then had the audacity to tell me they are sorry for my wait when they hand me my food. I of course was polite and understanding telling them, "it's ok, no problem." I thought, maybe I can at least eat the bacon but no, it was hard as shoe leather that was
similar to eating beef jerky. I definitely plan on emailing corporate about this. Oh and I imagine the reason for the bacon being so dry and hard, was because it was just sitting out in the open in a container, with no lid. The fact that it wasn't even covered says A LOT. It was sitting in a container underneath two tvs leaving it open for dust and dirt to get on the food. Just downright horrible!
Ordered from drive thru robot and it messed the order completely up. Ordered a Double slider combo with onion chips large coke extra double slider. It gave me everything as separate order. Gave me fries and 2 orders of onion chips. Charge of over $20. Onion chips cold fries cold. Sliders were warm but buns soggy like they were dipped in water. Will never go back to that white castle again.
