White Castle St Louis exit 274A Pay is 15/hr to start but no one wants to work. There 5 employees and a so called manager. Four of the 6 mostly stood around doing nothing. There were fries on the floor. The soda machine hadn’t been wiped down or sanitized and was nasty. There was a child’s pair of panties 4 feet from the door and you could tell they’d been there for a few days. Maybe employees should do some work for their $15/hr. Food had no taste. It’s no wonder restaurants are closing down.
Hey it's a White Castle! Not too bad at all, give credit to the staff for being diligent. They didn't have lots of staff and weren't very fast, but they were good and consistent. The place was pretty clean too and right at the Cardinals Stadium. A customer who appeared to have some mobility issues dropped her food outside and bright it back in and the team didn't harass her and promptly replaced the order. That was considerate. My food hit the spot!!

The morning experiences have ruined this location for me. Afternoon is a good crew as far as I can tell, and don’t come around evening time so can’t say. Seems to be a bunch of old ladies running the morning shift, which you would think meant quality service and food. Not in this case. They’re rude and treat you like you’re ruining their day for helping them stay in business and receive a paycheck. Their excuse is their system is slow, so it takes over 20 minutes for a mobile order to process when I’ve been able to order one minute before and get food any other time. I don’t have unlimited funds, so paying for two sandwiches and only getting one is bullsh!t. They were laughing through the microphone instead of taking orders and swindling $2 out of customers when they can is ridiculous. I highly doubt there’s been any issues with mobile ordering that’s not caused by incompetent workers, unlike DoorDash where the workers need to be cautious about confirming orders. Another unreliable fast food restaurant in the everlasting st.Louis area stemming from the devolution of humanity. Truly sad when you see a McDonald’s close because the workers were too strung out on drugs to operate.

I ordered four cheeseburgers with extra pickles, fries, and a large drink to go from this location. After I drove away and started eating, I noticed that the burgers were not fully cooked. They are normally grey through and through, but these were still pink across the middle. I usually like my meat completely cooked. That's just my personal preference. I ate them anyway because I was hungry and had a 30-minute drive. The food was still good overall. Always be sure to check your order before leaving. Lesson learned.

Last night I went through the drive-thru quite late. I’d had a long day and (thankfully) I could rely on good ol’ White Castle to be open. What I DIDNT expect was to have such a fun, energetic experience with their staff. I cannot even explain how lovely Hevyn and Reuben were. It was late and their job is hard, but still here I was giggling and bantering with two very welcoming individuals. Both of them deserve a BIG raise. I asked for their names because it truly was too good not to review. I kept looking behind me to make sure no one was waiting because I kept getting lost in the fun banter. The food was fresh, their recommendations were spot-on, and they made me feel like I was a priority. Great job to these two stellar humans. I love you White Castle, but I’m not sure y’all deserve them. Make sure you’re taking care and treating them right because due to THEM I’ll be frequenting and recommending this location. And to Hevyn and Reuben, BOTH SAUCES WERE AMAZING OKAY DONT MAKE ME CHOOSE!!!!! ???????????????????? Also, their cheese sticks SLAYYY
