First time ever trying White Castle and we stopped here on our way back from Columbus. It was on Father's Day evening and there was one young man who greeted us once we walked in the door. Everyone else were not very eager to work or be courteous. The service was still not as bad as the vibe that this place gives off. The food was very fresh, and the wait time was bad too.
Fish was old and dry, slider was fresh, French fries were great. No hot sauce, no target sauce. Floor was filthy!!!! Tables were not clean, and lots of flies. Don't think I'd eat at this location again. The service was good, though.
Worse location of anyone in history, waited in line behind a lady for 10.minutes and then waiting 4 minutes before leaving when told to wait for them to return for my order and when turning the corner there wasn't anyone in line.
Terrible service and probably food.

If you like receiving a grab bag of botched items, clearly someone in the place doesn't know how to read. If you order medium fries, how do you equate that to a small box of fries with cheese no one even asked for? That's on top of missing double cheese burgers and no chicken rings that were ordered at all. The staff there in the evening are only there to collect money in the name of doing a job, not actually doing said job. You'd be better off going anyplace else than here.
Took 15 min to order. Cashier kept stopping in the middle of the order doing other things. We were pulled because the burgers were being cooked but when we got the order the fries were cold. Too much of a hassle to take it back.
Waited I drive through just to place my order for 20 minutes!!! Called the store while in line and guy stated they were understaffed... Um you all need to manage your staffing levels better. If preparing food for online in-store and drive thru is too much then maybe you should close down the online orders until you can handle it. Very very disappointed
White Castles across the country is hit or miss. This particular one was a HIT. Service was quick and friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Made my afternoon 100%.
Food was over cooked (chicken rings) buns on burgers were soggy and I asked for honey mustard and got ranch, BBQ and ketchup instead. Had to wait for food for at least 10mins. The inside was nasty flies all over tables weren't cleaned.
