Made a large order at the drive thru for a pack of 20 burgers and a pack of 10 chicken sandwich's. It took awhile, but being a large order i understood why it might take longer. When getting my food, the employee handed me 30 burgers. I told her I don’t think that’s my order, I got a pack of 20 burgers and a pack of 10 chicken sandwiches. Someone who might have been a manager approached and said no that’s not what I ordered I ordered 30 burgers. I said no I ordered a pack of 20 burgers and a pack of 10 chicken sandwiches, he then argued and told me I did not, to which I replied why would I make two separate orders of the same slider? I usually don’t complain as someone who works with the public and has empathy for people who have to deal with people. The manners of the man that told me I didn’t order what I 100 percent ordered were crazy and came off as extremely disrespectful and unprofessional
Lobby was clean and staff was nice and the food came fast even though they were in a rush
I love White Castle (as fast food goes) but unfortunately white castles are becoming rarer and rarer.
That said I was in Wayne County for the day and jumped on one while I had the opportunity.
It was the White Castle that I remember the staff was also courteous and swift.
Evening crew got the entire, convoluted order correct.
Service was friendly.
Everything was hot and delicious.
Usually I bltch about this location, but they seem to have it finally together.
Recommend.

Hands down best one ???? yet to my knowledge. People working ???? ????♂️ here are very nice and really good service ????. I choose the drive ???? thru???? ????. Thanks ✝️ ???? ???? ???? ???? everyone!!
Ive lived in the area all my life and know this white castle well, this is by far the slowest fast food place i have ever witnessed in my life. usually when i do go to white castle once every few months the drive thru takes 20 minutes at the minimum at the window, not to mention just for the person to ask what you want takes them 5 minutes at the minimum just to ask at the speaker. and the food never is good after waiting forever. do not recommend very slow service is the biggest downside here. and its always been like this even 7+ years ago so the people using covid as an excuse are just making excuses.
i’ve never written a review before but these workers are the dumbest people i’ve ever seen. been here twice and nothing has ever been slightly correct
Lil Blue Truck wants to thank you for a great experience this morning. 10 sack of cheeseburgers was fresh, hot, & delicious. This will be the location I will return to going forward. Thank you.
