Employees always seem friendly but the wait at this particular White Castles drive thru at the speaker and then again at the window is absolutely dreadful. Have to wait around 5 minutes at each spot usually every time I go to this location.
Customer service I received at the drive thru was unacceptable. So I asked to speak with a manager. I was told I needed to come inside the building to speak with the manager, so they could get to the cars behind me. Manager that was on duty at 3pm today I wouldn't have to write this review or come inside if you were training your employees to prioritize customers over chit chat time with their coworkers distracting them from doing their job effectively. If my questions were accurately answered and my order was correctly taken the drive thru line wouldn't been held up.
Me and My boyfriend came here on Valentine's Day and they was awesome. Made our corny but cute lil experience great, We loved it!
This White Castle used to be pretty good. Wonderful staff, fast serving good food. Service with a smile and food in a pinch when you're working the third shift. Sadly that is no longer the case. They are unprepared and don't give a damn. I put my order in on line Antonio be done in 10 minutes after that I called me an Uber and my Uber took 14 minutes to pick me up. As soon as me and my Uber pulled up to the drive-thru which beside servicing one car was pretty empty and the dine-in was closed. This is why I order my food online because Uber has a limited wait time during their stops. I pull up to the drive-thru and she asked me to hold on for a moment. I've waited more than 6 minutes to just to let her know that I have an online order to pick up. She asked me please hold. Which I don't know why she was holding because like I said the dining room was closed and I was the only car in drive-thru. White Castles of the 24/7 restaurant. She finally asked me my name for the order I give it to her and she tells me the price and then tell me to pull on up so they can make it for me. I PUT IN THAT ORDER 20 MINS AGO! It was a shareable number 9 which takes about 5 to 6 minutes prepare. That order should have been done! The only note I've written for them to make and prepare once I make it to the restaurant was my shake and drink. Everything else they could just make before I reach the destination. This staff was unprofessional and lackadaisical.
So tonight I came through usually it’s good service but tonight a guy was working and he was short and rude and gave me cold mozzarella sticks it was COLD when I bit into it. Not impressed and he closed the door on the window very fast and didn’t give a chance to say something.
Trina was really nice. But what I don’t understand is. I had to sit and wait for my order to be taken and there was No one there. No customers. It’s 12pm on Sunday.
Worst service. We waited for 25 minutes while they had our food ready right in front of us and we had to remind the worker what we got. All that just to get a small meal for one person. I don't recommend going inside, they just suck.
Drove through. Craving a case with Mustard on them and lots of ketchup for the fries. Asked Me Personality at the window to please give me some Mustard and Ketchup. Drove 8 miles to my house. Nothing in the bag! Useless! The ketchup I have but nobody has Dusseldorf Mustard. Fire him and pay for my non mustard sliders!!!
