I love White Castle. But the service isn't always great. When you're out of town and using the drive thru you would think people could get the order correct. Instead you drive away thinking you have everything your ordered because they gave you three bags only to find that you're missing your fries. ???? Very disappointed
My family and I ordered multiple combo meals at the drive thru. Upon getting home I realized that we had been charged separately for the drinks and fries, rather than having them included as part of the combo price - the result was that our bill was almost half again what it should have been.
In addition, I made sure to specify with each combo that the sliders should all be without cheese. The person taking my order also asked at the end and verified that everything was with no cheese. Yet every single slider ended up having cheese on it, and two members of my family went without eating them.
Terrible food, service, and not worth your time or money!!!
I ordered the number 14 with a soda, and it says on the menu the cost is 7.29 but what they charged me was 9.25.
When I asked the manager (Mike) why the cost was higher and he told me that it stated on the outside menu that there is an additional charge for soda and that it states that in small writing so it wasn't his fault if I couldn't read the menu. I told him I would go read the menu and I would be back. I read it from top to bottom and it does not state that anywhere on the menu and I told him I wanted my money back and he just said ok and gave me a refund.
Aside from being over charged, upon looking at my order I found out that they didn't even toast the bread and gave me only a half an order of the tater tots that was mixed with fish bites. They have teenage kids working that don't have any common sense or the ability to do the job their getting paid to do. Neither the manager or employees show any respect or responsibility for the service they should be providing, don't waste your time or money here!
One of my favorite fast food places. The history and the sliders do it for me every time. Glad to see this American iconic restaurant is still thriving.
Clean store with fast service.
Was here to pick up an order. Was told to pull around and wait in line again. The line was much longer this time. Took a total of 30 minutes to get an order that was already made ahead. Horrible service.
Felt unwanted. Super quiet, folks behind the counter were not talking at all. Barely spoke when ordering. Hope you get it together soon
Got an early craving for some sliders. We were going to wait and hit one farther north of Indy. This one knocked it out of the park. Food was made as indicated, service took care to get us hot fries. We even took the time to thank the manager. Food service can be thankless, but this team took the care, so we made sure they knew.
