Yesterday my wife and I had the best experience at this White Castle. There were only 2 employees working at the time, which led to a little longer wait time than we would have preferred. However, those two employees provided such exceptional service with positive attitudes truly stood out, that I felt compelled to share my experience.
Although I am a regular White Castle customer (who isn't right?), this was my first visit to this particular location. I was amazed at how efficiently the two employees (a woman and a man, whose names I unfortunately did not catch) managed the busy workload. They were constantly on the move, communicating effectively, and working hard to keep up with the crowd both inside and at the drive-thru.
What impressed me the most was their unwavering positivity and kindness. They noticed that my wife is pregnant and took the time to ask polite questions about her well-being and our due date, sharing details about their own families and wishing us a positive future. Just as important, their interactions with each other were filled with “please,” “thank you,” and uplifting comments like “you’re amazing” and “you’re a genius!”
Despite a slightly longer wait time than expected, their cheerful demeanor and dedication brightened our day. My wife and I carried this positivity to the party we attended with our Crave Case, and we made sure to share our wonderful experience with everyone there.
I strongly encourage you to meet these outstanding employees yourself. They deserve recognition for their hard work and the positive impact they have on White Castle customers.
Walked in to get something to eat and the place was absolutely filthy. The trash cans overflowing onto the floors, soda machines all broken and the condiments and napkin dispensers were all empty . The bathroom was disgusting and filthy and there was no toilet paper. The people working there were very dismissive and did not seem to care at all about customer service. It took almost 20 minutes to put my order together which was two cheeseburgers a fry and a Coke. It shouldn't take that darn long . It used to be you could go to White Castle and they prided themselves on their cleanliness and good customer service. Apparently not so much anymore.
Good people making a good product. We no longer have a White Castle near our home so we make this a vacation trip tradition. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. We got the crave case and we're apparently about the 10th customer in a row to get the 30-pack offering.
If you go through the drive thru, you're likely OK. But every time I come in, it's nasty & the employees are bickering. Today, it took 30 minutes to get my food with stuff missing. people are getting upset about not being able to order, getting the wrong food. There's one gentleman named Kieon that cared. He was in the drive thru and stepped out to take care of upset customers that the girl was ignoring (the lady that was running the counter)
This was my first time at a white castle. After a long night of roller skating, I wanted a burger. You know the burger that you regret in the morning. I went through the drive through without any wait. The gentlemen and lady workers created a juicy not greasy burger. I could not believe that I did not get heartburn. The best part was the after taste.
This store is always fresh, fast and accurate. The folks that work here are fun and personable. I love coming to this white castle!
I stopped by tje middle town location last night July 17,2024 at 9:35ish pm after work with my husband and ordered a #1 (4 white castle meal) and two cheese burgers. I found it odd when we pulled up to drive true window to pay that it took several minutes for someone to come to the window as there was no one there but us. I was literally about to tell my husband to pull off because it was so odd. My first though is they're maybe at closing, low staff but when I looked it up they didnt close till 3/4am. When I saw the young lady about to come to the window ( medium size to thick white female and a thin white guy getting fries)we stayed. We gave her our card and she gave us our drinks then the guy on fries handed us our food. We asked for mustard the guys replued its in the bag already. As we pulled off we ate a few fries, the top was a good tempature the bottom was cold much cooler. I went for my burgers as I was starving from working and my burgers were dried out. The buns were that "sat out dried out" feel , and the burgers were extremely dry. At one point because we had already made it to the highway I turned on the overhead light because the burgers were just not even feeling right in my mouth, when I looked it looked as if they either something was on the burger that shouldn't be ( maybe dried ketchup..greese pile up..maybe hopefully). I'm sick thinking about it because I should have gone with my gut and left. NEVER eat in the dark!! At this point our food was either old from much earlier in the day, or pulled from the trash. I can only hope there are cameras at food prep to confirm nothing was contaminated. I did pray before I ate so.. I'll leave the rest to God. But NEVER AGAIN! Please check the food cameras if staff reads this!
I went to this location today and was promptly greeted and order was taken, food was perfect. It's amazing how different this location is than the one in okolona. Don't go to okolona, go to Middletown instead.
