It was okay on my hamburger sliders they were nice and hot really hot that's the only way to eat White Castle I've been eating them for over 30 years and also have been shipped do whatever state I was in through FedEx ????????????
I pulled up and heard someone say something inaudible on the speaker so i started to order. They rudely said hold on. there's no reason why I pulled up with 1 car in the drive thru. No one inside and waited over 10 minutes for a worker to ask to take my order. At that point I pulled off because it's just poor service and ignorance
Horrible, they gave me old food and were very rude. The nighttime help do not want to work. They act like they do not want to be there and they surely don't care about customer service. They gave me old food!! Shame on management for hiring folks that do not care!!
Drive thru was long so I tried to go inside at 8 PM and the door was locked. Guess it's either a bad area or they don't allow people in the lobby. Be advised the drive thru line does not move.
The wait times are always long so when I go I just expect it. It has stop bothering me once you lower your expectations about it and just anticipate the 30 to 40 minute wait. I will say that I do mainly come here because in the area out of most of the fast food restaurants the staff here have pretty good customer service. Rather they are just regular or show a smile I just appreciate not getting attitude. I go all times of the day and at no point has anyone ever I love that. Food is usually always fresh and taste good as well. No complaint there. Have been a large amount of homeless around the location lately walking up to cars and being mean though.
There’s no White Castle’s near me but this place is worth the drive! Staff is friendly and fast, it was busy but they were working hard, so I didn’t wait very long at all, and I ordered the Crave clutch which is 20 sliders. Got my food fast and order was correct, can’t ask for more. There is a 10% military discount at all White Castle’s with ID.

Didn't get my order right. Waited in line for over 40 minutes. They gave us a free drink for our wait. This is the worse that it's ever been.
