Worst White Castle ever. Be prepared to wait a very long time in the drive thru, like a ridiculous amount of time and they will still mess up your order. No sauces, no straws, no ice in my drink, wrong toppings.
I was amazed on how much two fish sandwich meal cost I understand everything have went up but White Castle used to be a reasonable place to feed a family but is no longer two fish sandwich meal cost meal was 13 dollars that is a shame
This review was about to never happen but I must share this experience… I ordered at 11:40pm or so late night. Unfortunately one of my drivers stole my order ! I had driver after driver cancelling without telling me what is going on. I waited eventually I contacted the restaurant after being notified the order had vanished. Long story short SHANIYAH saved the day she was professional and uplifting in an other what tragic situation she offered to remake the order due to it being stolen and when it arrived it tasted worth every penny. It’s good to know good service can exist even almost at midnight when it seems non existent in most places thank you again Shaniyah and crew.
The wait was a bit extensive but the food was fresh and hot. So that made it worth the wait.
I changed my order at the last minute and the cashier was very friendly and accomdating.
Good food but the young employees need to be trained in eye contact and being more attentive to the customers. Part 2 on this white castle on Friday March 22 at 8am. The cheese was half off my burger. Take your time and make the food right please.
I ordered 2 burgers and cheesesticks. My food was hot, fresh, and fast. I did not wait a long time. Most importantly my meal was RIDICOUSLY GOOD. If I don't have a complaint, the food must be darn good.
Great service. Can get breakfast and the favors White Castle sliders!!!! Good was great!!! Service, TOP TIER!!!!
The drive thru wait was over 20 minutes! I get that fast food places are really understaffed but that's way too long...
