Rude front service. Went in to the lobby area to order a sack of cheeseburgers with my dad for breakfast on our way leaving St Louis (0730am). When we ordered we asked for ketchup to be added to the burger. We know white castle does not automatically add ketchup so ask for it and all locations before this one would add it on. This time we watched the worker making our order and he did not add it. We reminded him that we ordered it with ketchup. He said they don't add it. We informed him usually when asked for it it is added. Then he told us it was out and just added the ketchup to the bag. He could of just informed us it was out when we asked for it and it would be fine. Instead he was rude and showed he just doesn't care.

I arrived at White Castle at 3am in the morning.I just left the hospital as a patient.I was hungry I placed an order and the cashier was very nice I didn't have to ask for any condiments they were already placed inside my bag. She greeted me with a smile I was so impressed because she was so nice at 3am .I wish I could have given her a tip.....A smile goes a long way.
Some whitecastle seem to forget to season the burgers with salt and pepper while they cooking. Well not this one and the one on Dorsett Rd. They taste like back in the day. Buns real soggy and hot.
I must say that I was quite impressed, overall, with this White Castle location! Hence my decision to give them four stars. For a fast-food restaurant, this place was pretty great! You will see from the pictures, yourself, that the overall interior and exterior of the restaurant were quite clean! I rarely found a napkin or some kind of straggler piece of trash, here and there, lying around. That's also why I gave them four stars instead of five stars. It wasn't exactly perfect, but it wasn't terrible, either! Furthermore, I gave them four stars because the staff members were all professional, friendly, courteous, and accommodating! Unfortunately, I didn't really see any name tags and therefore I can't really compliment one person over another. However, I can definitely tell you that all three or four ladies who were working that early evening wear all superb! To be honest with you, I really didn't expect service and cleanliness of this caliber! It's a fast-food restaurant, after all. But, it might have something to do with the fact that it's a fairly newer establishment (having been remodeled a while ago). I ordered 3 fish sandwiches (since I'm a pescatarian, now, and requested that they cook them fresh. I was told they'd do that, anyway. Well, guess what???! That's EXACTLY what they did. The food was very tasty. The fountain area was a little "messy," but they made up for this little shortcoming by having such a CLEAN MEN'S RESTROOM (how about THAT??!), and a very organized and neat condiments and straw/napkins area. The other cool thing MOST APPRECIATED about this location is the wall decor. The collage of pictures is VERY TRENDY! You'll see it in the pics. Finally--and this is a "small thing"--but, they EVEN had a WORKING chip reader for my credit card. Lol...How many establishments have chip readers, but they're malfunctioning???! Again...you'll see that in the pics. So, if you're looking to get great service, great food, and have an overall positive experience, this would be the place for you.
Great food! We were visiting from California and the staff was so friendly! We had the real deal not frozen ones from the store!! ????
WHAT CAN ONE SAY ABOUT WHITE CASTLE other THAN IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I have been eating these since I’ve been 19 years old(PREGNANT WITH FIRST SON) and I HAVE “NOT” STOPPED AT 56 YEARS OF AGE. ????❤️
I placed an ordered through doordash on 12-14-22 at 8pm and receive it after 9pm. I ordered 5 sliders and cheese fries. There is no way from the time the dasher picked up and dropped off my food that the fries should been dried out and different colors, light to dark, and the sliders dried and dark as well. Bread was hard. The microwave couldn't save my meal. It was a total waste.
Don't serve customers food that you would not serve your family!
