They are not 24/7 anymore and should update that was denied access to go in and order on multiple nights. Wait times vary from 15 to 30 min so good luck. There are also some small potholes so be careful.
I cannot even begin to describe how blown away I was by the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness of Ethel behind the counter. Miss Ethel was so incredibly polite and helpful that I was convinced she was a manager, and when she told me she wasn't, I immediately demanded to speak to the manager to let him know how fantastic Ethel was! A customer spoke up behind me and said how much he agreed. And the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I can't wait until I come back!
The fact that there's still a 24-hour White Castle I love it! I've been there twice after midnight maybe three times and the staff members that I have been in contact with have been extremely polite and helpful so I don't have anything negative to say, bathrooms are maintained clean despite the ghetto people that you see outside, lobby is maintain clean.
I ordered cheese burgers with cheddar and no onions.. it was nasty and wrong. The cheddar sliders aren't suppose to come with any sauce or pickles.. I'm not from the area so I didn't notice until I was 15 mins away, they had pickels, they tasted spicy and extremely salty and the bread was stale smh idk why is it hard to follow rules/orders.

People were really nice n as it got busier the service was still fast n the staff were VERY friendly. S/O the 2 guys in the front on the register n fryer. Thanks WC!!!
I visited this location with my mom as she wanted a chocolate milkshake. For those that don’t know about White Castle the size of their sandwiches are bite sized like sliders. The sell burgers, chicken, fish, fries, onion rings, chicken rings, etc. My daughter decided to order food from this location which in my opinion was a big mistake. I stopped eating White Castle years ago because after consuming I would get really sick. White Castle’s famous nick name is “murder burgers.” My daughter end up getting sick later that evening and she was vomiting. I believe she learned her lesson and I don’t think she’ll be eating White Castle ever again. This location service is fast and the order was ready rather quickly. The representatives were pleasant and professional. The indoor seating area remains closed due to COVID. There are also restrooms at this location but it is also closed due to COVID. This location has a drive thru for those that don’t want to go inside to order and a parking lot so you can park your car to go in and order. I believe you can also place your order online and pick it up. The location also accepts both cash and card. If you plan on giving it a try be careful have something for your stomach. I have the location 3 stars because it’s clean and the hospitality of the staff.
They should’ve updated the drive through speaker during the renovation. Really bad for customers and employees. Otherwise great location so glad they’re open again.
I enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly the food was hot the store was clean I can't complain.
