This review should have zero stars. This is the absolute slowest drive thru I have ever been to. The line wasn’t even long at all and literally it took 5-7 minutes per car to move up. Absolutely unreal. I have no idea how this location can even stay open. You are not even greeted when you get to the drive thru right away. That is so horrible. Then once you are greeted after 3-4 minutes, you literally just sit there for so long and still nothing. We left and so did 2-3 cars behind us. This is a terrible way to run a business. When we drove around to leave, some workers were just standing there chatting. That is so unprofessional when they should be working especially when you have people in the drive thru waiting to order. The other White Castles in the area are way better than this one and that is very disappointing when you aren’t always near the other ones.
Gas station WC's are better than this place. I have been to this location 50 times in 20 years and it never gets any better. The lobby is always filthy. The floor is always sticky. The soda machine never has Coke or most other things, other than diet. The napkin dispenser is always empty. There is never salt or pepper packs in the thing that is supposed to hold packs of salt and pepper. They will absolutely never put the burgers in the steamer before they serve them. You will never get hot fries. I only go inside to order food because the drive thru is insanely slow. No one and I mean absolutely no one at this location cares about quality or anything else. If you made it this far, you are probably asking why I even go back. I go once or twice a year at best and I hope that they might get it figured out..but they never do. Today was probably my last time ever going again. It would be nice if I could say that they at least have clean bathrooms, but I have never been in one because the lobby is so filthy..There is no way that the bathrooms are clean.
They gave me burnt stale fries
The sliders were cold and the bread was dry you could tell everything had been sitting for hours, it was about 3 am. Buy that still wasn't right
Worst White Castle location ever. We sat in the drive thru for 30 mins just for a 12 piece of chicken rings and they got that wrong. Maybe if the employees focused on making food rather than smoke weed in the coolers they would get some food served out a bit faster.
WORST location ever. I understand I came while it was late but it was only one person beside me in the drive thru and it was sooo slow. I waited long for three items and when I was trying to see what he asked me, the black dude gave me an attitude and shook his head at me. First and last time going to this White Castle.
Food was fresh and great!!! But the drive thru line late is off the chain. They just need more help!!!! Staff was friendly and very helpful for having to deal with long lines and no help.
Burgers didn't even tear my stomach up the next morning ????
