I often drive between Cincinnati and Dayton several times a week. Every so often I have a taste for White Castle. I have stopped at this location in Franklin throughout the year and every time I visit this location, the food is always fresh and made the way White Castle should taste! Not only is the food delicious, the service is always pleasant. Don’t let the fact that the restaurant is attached to a gas station deter you, because you are missing out!!! If you are driving up I-75 and have a taste for great White Castle, make this your stop. You won’t be disappointed!!! This is the best White Castle in and around Cincinnati and Dayton. ????
This location always provides great quality and service. Even pulling into the drive-thru a few minutes before closing time, not yet knowing I'd already submitted my order on the app, they were happy to serve us. Our order was ready to go and freshly made. Ordering ahead on the app is another feature I love; it's really easy to find deals and submit the order for whatever pick-up time you prefer.
went here for a few breakfast sliders the lady running the drive through had NO IDEA what she was doing. repeating my order at least 10 times & still couldn’t get it right. waited in line for about a half hour just for the food to be cold and nasty. do better white castle
Using a 5 star scale for fast food...especially White Castle. Not fair. What compares? It is a yaste profile that is unique. So, What I am saying is. I got what I asked for. Hot, fresh, reasonably quick. We were behind 7 cars. Take that for what you want.
Within 30 seconds of paying my order was ready it was fresh tasting and the crew were super friendly. It was my first white castle in about 15 years and I'm happy I decided to stop in.

I didn't like it being connected to that nasty Marathon gas station. I was traveling and didn't know the area. It was a quick exit for a couple of cheese sliders to go, but just not a good location to me. That gas station bathroom had to have been one of the worst ones I've seen in a long time that is along an interstate. The staff at the White Katie was very friendly though. Idk about that Marathon store staff I couldn't see them good behind bullet proof glass on Sunday afternoon lol
I didn't go into the White Castle, but the gas station it was attached to was a mess. A pull down security gate between the White Castle and this gas station prevented going from one to the other and that's a good thing. The White Castle may have been clean as a whistle for all i know, but the gas station was nasty.
