We decided to make a last minute reservation here for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was nicely decorated and our waitress was friendly. It was a fun and random experience!
This has to be the worst White Castle ever. We decided to come to this location. 9-5 @ 3:15am. The cheeseburgers were soggy like the bottom buns were dipped in water. Disgusting. They also didn't add the pickles and didn't tell us they didn't have any. Long wait times and horrible food
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a grape Sprite I got a cherry Sprite, I asked for cheese rings and I got cheese fries instead and they didn't even put the box in there properly my cheese fries are all over the bag and the cheese sauce is everywhere. I ordered the 1921 sliders and they tried coming out with four regular sliders. I am going to go on good faith and say this happened because it seems like your speaker in the Drive-Thru is messed up because I had to try and say my order to the cashier like three times. I'm trying to have faith inhumanity here and I hope your workers are not that braindead. I have not tampered with the order since I got home this is how the order was given to me this is repulsive.
Idk if it’s an uber eats thing or not but this location consistently forgets the sauce. It’s probably been 70% of the time I order for delivery. Food is usually fresh but now I have fry chicken rings with no honey mustard :( please get it together babe
Most of the time we go there there's the same lady working. No matter how long the car line is she's aways very friendly and calm. Great worker.
I generally won't give fastfood a 5*, but White Castle, in particular this one, gets a 5. Can't go wrong with Sliders, and the service here is extra friendly.
I don't know if it's because I stopped going to WC for years, but since when do you put actual ketchup on a regular White Castle? I mean, for decades when you said "everything" it meant pickles, onions and Dusseldorf mustard. I bit into the thing and there is ketchup on it. Don't start being creative back there, I didn't ask for some specialty burger.
They didn't put anything on the slider.. it was plain with 1 pickle slice.. how rude !!
