This was the 1st time we were ever at a White Castle. My son has always wanted to try it out. The food was good. The prices were a little higher than we imagined. The staff was bickering back and forth with the manager, who must have said, "I'll write you up" 8 times while I waited 15 minutes for my food. The floors were dirty and very slick in spots. We won't be returning to this particular location.
My dad missed lunch for a Drs appointment and needed to get something. I asked him what he wanted and he said he would love White Castle. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go in. They were busy on the inside too. Service was extremely nice and good was fresh and hot! It was exactly what he wanted!
Went for lunch. Unfortunately the drive thru was a bit slow, but that seems typical at any White Castle in the last few years. However, food was great and satisfied the Crave! Good job.
Has become so overpriced. I go late at night and sometimes you get lucky and the people are quick.. sometimes they are inconsiderate and negligent of the fact they have a line of cars.. I've spent an hour in their drive thru before
I miss the old time White Castles
It took 5 minutes to get 6 cheeseburgers and an order of onion rings

Almost all dining room tables were dirty, but, I finally found one clean enough to eat on.
Waited 25 minutes for two cars to move. The one on Shelbyville Road in Jtown isn’t better. Especially at 830pm. I can see at 4am a long wait but not around dinner time rush. Do better
Service was great, friendly. Slow to get my order, appx 10 mins. Should not take that long for just some mini burgers.
