Was my first and only experience at a White Castle. Guy at counter seemed stoned out of his mind. Couldn’t even speak in complete sentences. We ordered the 10 burgers shareable meal without onion. They came with onions, buns was soaking wet. Only got 8 burgers. Their soda machine didn’t work right. I’ll never go back to any White Castle after that.
First timer - burgers were delicious. Fries were also good.
Mac n Cheese Nibblers were okay, didn't get much of the Mac but a lot of cheese.
Chicken Rings were pretty good.
I’m only rating it two stars on anything because of the other workers that were there. I’m not sure what I did other than stand there and wait for her to notice me but when she did she said told me I smelled like Dominoes or Subway. So I asked,”what?.” And she repeated herself again. So I said I’m not sure why you would say that. Can I order from you or… and she said I’m just saying what can I get you? Normally I would have just let it go. Maybe she had a bad day… but I had actually just been demoted and I couldn’t help but cry when I got back to my table. So for whatever this is worth. Please make sure your workers are treating their customers with kindness. It goes a long way. I just walked the day before in a 5K for suicide prevention called out of the darkness. I couldn’t help but think what if she said that to someone else. You just never know. I hope this message reaches her.
I'm not much on white castle. But boy I'll tell you at 3 am. Nothing is open but then. So I give to them for being smart. And open. There chocolate shakes are so yummy. Amazing. I get 2 cause the 1st one goes down super fast.. you got to have the second just cause it's just right to do. Not that there larges is not small. They are perfect sizes. I just spoil myself. That's all
They were busy and could have used another worker. The person running the drive-thru also ran the front counter. As a result communication was difficult. The wait time was long. They were out of ketchup and napkins. The overworked cook slammed the food down on the counter with grease on her hands getting all over the carry-out bag.
There is no training on customer service. The words spoken via the drive thru service can be chalked up to employees who sound like they'd rather be anywhere else than where they are. The amount of time it can take will sometimes be what is expected and other times about 10x times longer. You can't ever go there if you are within any time constraints because you can't take the risk that it is going to take 10x longer this time.
I didn't know it was possible have anyone worse than the one in Orlando it's just definitely worse at least in Orlando they let you know they're not going to wait on you here you just sit and wait and wait and wait. And the price was absolutely ridiculous I'll be going back to McDonald's
Went to this location at about 11am on a Sunday. It was locked up tight. Not a soul in the dining room. Was very reminiscent of what it might have been like in late 2020. There were no dining room hours posted. Just signage saying the were open 24 hours.
Wound up going to one in St Peters that was actually open for dining.
