I absolutely enjoy coming to this WC. I’m a local delivery driver and resident and the staff here is so polite EVERY TIME I VISIT. Just today they insisted on remaking 5 sliders all over a pickle (which wasn’t a big deal for me haha) but that level of commitment to service is what makes me so happy to stop by frequently.
Yikes! This was supposed to be a quick stop for a bite to eat. Thete was absolutely nothing quick about it. Thete was 4 cars in the drive thru in front of of us and it took 20 minutes to get two burgers and a Sprite! The young man working the window was very polite and smiled the whole time. I think he was the best part of the experience and wish I had gotten his name. I was just so frustrated by the time we got to the window...finally.
I watched an employee put a bag over his mouth and breath into it then attempt to fold it back to be used (disgusting!). Thankfully another employee saw this and threw the bag in the trash.
Drive thru Cashier open mouth coughing all over the register like she's at home. You're around people's food. Maybe cover ur mouth with your arms if you dont wanna contamination your hands/gloves ????...
For those with the craving, this White Castle will do. The Impossible plant meat option was a draw. More than enough of everything to fill you up.
Just bought a burger and fries, and they both are so cold! I prob would have had a chance to check if they wouldn’t be covering everything with a bunch of napkins, NEVER in my life have had fries soo cold and soggy, We always stop by to get a late snack after work but seems that employees dont care about the quality of food anymore, waiting like 10min for my food wasn’t worthy after all
Joshua was my cashier at the drive-thru, tonight. He’s customer service was beyond impeccable. He made ordering fun as he accommodated me. You need more people like him. He’s energy was vibrant and contagious. Overall, It a great experience.
Didn’t get her name, but the young woman working the graveyard shift tonight, May 10 1am, deserves praise.
Answered the phone quickly, answered questions straight to the point, and knows how make some good good White Castle.
Included 3 cheese cups when I clarified the order, all 24 sliders were some of the best we’ve had, and the 3 sacks of fries made me forget I was eating fast food.
Whoever she is: give her a raise, give her a promotion, make her employee of the month. Do something, she deserves every bit of it.
