Best WLM Reviews
This is the 3rd time in a row they've screwed up my order. I asked for no pickle, they give me pickle. Ask for no ice, they give me ice. It's always something. Not only does it have pickle, it's dried out. I didn't eat any of them. Why is it so hard to get things correct?
Slowest White Castle in the city!!!! Always a long wait in drive thru and the inside! Last 3 times I tryed to grab something quick I had to leave empty-handed because the wait was entirely too long in drive-through… SLOW SLOW SLOW!! Do not come here if you’re on a 30 minute lunch break! Fair warning!
I bought coffee and was very specific, only two sugars. Sometimes people put more than you ask for but, Baby Girl, you knocked it out of the park. I was late getting in church because I was sitting in my truck enjoying my John Wayne!
Sick of these automated order machines in the drive thru. Added a random item I did not ask for to my order and the worker at the window was confused when I said that wasn't on my order. So I paid extra for food I didn't want. This needs to stop. Not like anything is cheap.
I really don't know how this place stays in business. The food was o k although it was a little pricey. The drive through experience was a little slow. The person that took our order was a little less than friendly, but she was o k.. With so many other options not sure why this place gets business. The only reason we stopped is because we have Krystal down where we're from and we had always been told it was the same. Turn out that's accurate. By the way we don't go to crystal at home either.
Amazing sliders here mid afternoon. Best ever hands down. This review comes from someone that reluctantly eats here only when with family members that do.
Just left this location after the renovation, service was great, location looks great. Food was horrible, asked for no onions on burgers at the speaker and then confirmed with customer service representative at the window and she gladly gave me my food.
Only to leave and receive onions and mushy burgers!
Yikes.
Very good place over all The only reason its a 4-star is because when I ordered, I wanted to get a fountain drink and she said the machine does not work so I just got a smoothie but then five minutes later, she gives a woman a cup for the machine and it works perfectly fine
