I've never been real big on Whiteys ....but I figured I try their food again, it's been years.
And surprise,! my taste buds have changed....
I had a sausage, cheese, egg croissant. It was excellent.
Check it out, real eggs!!!
I liked it.
Ordered $60 in food, food completely cold, drinks shoved in a bag, spilled everywhere, no straws or requested condiments. White Castle is no longer the same restaurant it once was. In the St. Louis the stores are dirty, the service is poor and the food is EXPENSIVE and the quality has diminished. Clearly a lack of leadership in this area.
Good location, ordered through the drive thru. Food was prepared fast and it was nice and hot. Hard to pass up a crave case when you need to feed the family in a pinch!
The double cheese sliders tasted like old reheated beef. Not happy at all considering how expensive it is to eat here now. The drive through cashier was very nice and everything else was fine.
Just left the drive thru and made it home to eat and what they sold us for $22. Is not even edible! The burgers are so old they are hard. No since in calling because im not driving back up there and I already have a replacement meal owed to me because they didn't even send half my order last time. It's so frustrating, I understand human error but old food is just being lazy
Cashier was RUDE. Bread on sandwiches was soggy. Like gross soggy. The fries were cold. Do better white castle.
About as much as an atmosphere you can have in a drive through. However, they never disappoint me with the wait. They are fast friendly and always get my order right. Good going White Chaste. I can always count on that flavor, fresh and hot.
I love White Castle and will forever, BUT today they absolutely dropped the ball. Window says open, but they were not. No signs they were closed. We sat in drive though patently waiting for that incredible smell and wonderful taste for about 10 minutes before someone figured it out! Oh, and there were 2 vehicles parked in back where employees park. 10/28/2020 @ 4:30PM
