When I order an $80 online meal, and the bag is sealed, I expect you to put at least 1 napkin in the bag. Better yet, an appropriate amount for the $80 spent.
Also, the app doesn't include options for extras like Ketchup, Mustard, onion and pickles. It requires the option to be entered into the special instructions, which were ignored. As well as the actual sauce instruction in the app.
Don't use the app for any ordering. Special instructions will be ignored and you won't get value for your order.
Love coming to White Castle when I’m in the states. Came to the location at 8 Mile and Sherwood in Detroit and the food was incredible. However the cook accidentally put toppings on that couldn’t be eaten. She was very nice about it and remade the sliders and gave us free coupons in apology for her mistake. Very nice staff and very clean environment.
Took my daughter to get some food and imagine getting cold burgers when you've placed a specialty order. This pissed me off but then I had to deal with my daughter who has autism having a melt down still right now today from yesterday after then serving us cold burgers. This makes absolutely no sense to me. The burgers weren't even Luke warm
Waited in line no problem I knew my sloppy joe sandwich and fries were fresh..omg..cold and nasty ..absolutely horrible..first time experiencing this here..I gave it to my neighbors pitbull
Terrible customer service not only did they have us waiting in the line for over 30 minutes. No one ever came to the speaker to take our order. Customers were driving off. They couldn’t even communicate and say hold on or anything. I know Covid has made things different but if you don’t want to work your job quit because peoples time is being wasted with people being inconsiderate

I waited over 20 mins for 4 sliders & chicken rings. 2 employees free & available seemed confused, may have been new. IDK food wasn't dropped until 15mins later. Only 1 person ahead of me.
