We’ve been to white castle a few times now (we’re from Canada) and I just feel they are a little over hyped. Not bad food for the price, but really nothing too too special! I do recommend the chicken and waffles though, but highly recommend getting syrup with it, or else it is very dry and plain! Tried the mini cheesecake on a stick for the first time this time as well, and it was pretty good for coming from a fast food place. I like the mini size, just enough to curb that sweet tooth craving after eating some greasy food!
This is an edit, not a single pickle or onion on the 10 sliders, just drowned in Mustard and ketchup. We waited 21 minutes in line before even placing our order. After we placed our order, still waited 20 minutes just to make it to the 2nd window.
Service is horrible, food nor prepared as asked. Is it fair to wait 35 + 45 pminutes for "fast food". No sense of urgency. Horrible.
I ask for 2 cheese burgers, with ketchup NO pickle. I got NO ketchup 7 pickles. After, only, a 20 minute wait.
Theyre so rude you don’t get greeted they barely take your order in drive thru or inside. Don’t ask for service because you’ll get the eye roll & lip smack courtesy!! Its amazing that in 2024 people still hate their job. After a 13m visit for one item it was prepared incorrectly!
I recently visited this location. I tried to use my white castle app but was told that they aren't accepting coupons. What kind of stuff is that? Why have the app for savings and can't use it? Also visited this same location the day before. Sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Totally unacceptable. SMH
They messed up my order not once but twice if the first girl wasnt on the phone she might of gotten my order right the first time and the second time well they just didn't care she even repeat it back to me twice I paid to much money for this I should o gotten what I ask for ????????♀️????
Experienced crew! IN and OUT service, just like one would desire from a fast food establishment. Quality, accuracy by way of food preparation.....and it absolutely hit the spot!!
Idc what nobody gotta say on here this hands down the best location this like Jimmy John's freak fast service.. food hot fresh and ready to be eaten
