We placed a mobile order. It was pretty easy. However, when we picked up our order, they kept being a little confused. When we finally got our order and went home, all of our fries were missing ????, and we weren't that close to just run back. Quick word of advice, double check your order before leaving. Overall, food was good ???? ???? ????.
Solid location offering fast service in a clean environment. And they get your order right. Food is prepared competently, so if you know what to expect from a typical White Castle, then you will enjoy what this particular location has to offer.
Of interest is the display they have in the restaurant that features a lot of White Castle memorabilia.
I'm sure my southern accent is soft enough for people to understand. But apparently, saying that I want the onions and mustard (3 times) means NO mustard and onions.
Atmosphere is... what to be expected at a White Castle. Low vibration atmosphere. I ate it cause I paid for it. ????
It's the only white castle around so they have to be above par plus they have military discount which is nice. I come here for my white castle fix and have never been disappointed
The night shift team is amazing, quick, and friendly. They are open late but still give great customer service. Everything I ordered was hot and freshly made. This is the only White Castle location I go to on the south side.
I pulled into the drive thru at 1:55pm and at 2:15pm I'm leaving empty handed. I had to wait to order at the speaker where I had to repeat myself several times, and after waiting in line had to wait at the window to again repeat my order to two different people, including a manager. Hard to believe four food items were hard to prepare. This isn't the first instance but it will be the last for me.
Hard to enjoy your meal with people constantly coming to your table begging you for money. This place makes money so the fact there's no security to stop the panhandling is ridiculous. I don't blame the employees that shouldn't be there job, cooking & serving our food is their job. Owner unfortunately is too cheap to protect their customers.
U come here at night, u would need a wait 2hrs just for ur order. Even as a delivery driver. Waiting in line since 2am, just to be told to come to window. Wasn't able to say anything. Then had to wait longer, to be seen next to inform the worker of two pick up orders. It's about to be 3:40am.. when finally spoke to lady, surprise. Food not cook yet. No one's really cooking, so making these orders come out quickly, is possible. This might be another 30min wait to an hr. Wasting my time to make money for my kids and bills..
Ps. Yup another 35 min for the order to come out
