This restaurant is a standard White Castle. Food is good and the restaurant has a certain atmosphere to it. I heavily recommend getting the 1921 sliders if you like vegetables, or getting the waffles sliders if you like breakfast food. My only two grievances is the order took longer than expected (like 15-20 minutes) but that could've been because my order was longer. The second grievance being the area around the White Castle is a bit sketchy with many boarded up buildings, but this restaurant still feels safe.
Today was the first time I've been in there since before covid. The employee who waited on me seemed to be bored when he took my order. The floor from the counter to past the soda machine was sticky and needed mopped. There were probably around a dozen employees on the back line and they were not that busy. The manager should have had one of them clean the dining room, at least mop the floor. My fish sandwiches were hot and good.
Burgers were luke warm, and as much as u pay for fries, they barely give u any. Also the young lady at the register finished taking the lady in front of me order and asked me "may I help you" but before I could say anything I'm assuming it was an employee who came in with her 2 kids and said hey to the young lady and told the young lady to make her kids some milk shakes. Can you believe she turned around, left me standing there, and went to make the milk shakes, smh. I had to remind her I was a customer and was only there to pick up my mobile order. Then she came back. So unprofessional
It was early morning I stopped here. It was a good experience especially being fast food. The food and service was really good. However Ive stopped here at other times during the day and the experience was not a good one. So I recommend this place when they are not busy.
Convenient for late night food after the bars, only 3 blocks from our hotel. Staff was friendly.
Would give 5 stars but some kids pulled guns on us. Otherwise, I would go back.
By far the worst “burger” I’ve ever had in my life. Not even real meat… just some weird thin gray looking paste between two microwaved pieces of bread. Anyone that voluntarily eats this or thinks this is good, please contact me and let me reintroduce you to real food. I’m so sorry. God bless ❤️
The young lady at the window acted as if she didn't want to be there. Very Cold Attitude. I had to order twice because what I actually paid for isn't what I ordered and what I got second isn't what I wanted. But there was a line behind me. I will never visit this location again
Poor customer service, you know the service is bad when your child tells you put his own mouth that the staff should work on their customer service.! Disappointed: dissatisfied won't back.
