Nothing but good things to say about this chain, restaurant. I love the food. None are near my home in buffalo ny. Not complaints and friendly staff. I'd go back anytime.
Unfortunately I went at night around 12am or so, where I won't visit places due to safety reasons. This place was great though and the outdoor lighting was good The food was top shelf and the young man (cashier) had to changed out the cartridge from the pop machine and it was initially causing him some problems. So instead of just telling me he didn't have any HI-CI orange, he was responsible enough to do his job and make the customer happy. My food order was hot and fresh. You never know who is watching, and I'm always paying attention. So great job, White Castle on Harper in Detroit.

My granddaughter and I went to white Castle for a quick lunch pick up at the one on Harper on the east side of Detroit,
I ordered two #6 chicken rings meal and an order of mozzarella cheese sticks , only to find out that the drive-thru cashier had not charged me the right amount of money for my total order , if they would pay attention and stop talking so much to each other about stuff that's not pertaining to their job, they could get the customers order right, the first time, for the price I paid we could have went to a nice sit-down restaurant , the french fries were burnt not hot like they should have been and they tasted half done, the mozzarella cheese sticks were all smashed up they did not look appealing at all, the women that was working back there didn't have gloves on nor did they have their heads covered with all that hair flowing over the food, NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH FOOD WITHOUT THEIR HEADS BEING COVERED UP, I know this is a different day, from when I use to work in fast food, we use to have to cover our head and always use tongs to pick up food,
Management really needs to enforce head covering and gloves and tongues when fixing orders, unless talking and concentrate on getting the customer's orders right the first time.
We don't have White Castle in Colorado, so when in Michigan, I get my fix. They were hot, fresh and delicious.
I had a great experience all the way up until I witnessed the cashier lady walk out and go to her car to leave after her shift. She gets in her car and straight up threw her old McDonald's cup on the ground with no remorse. That's what's wrong with Detroit! The streets are trashy but the people nice! I don't understand-
Terrible the night shift is trifling. I caught then warming my food up. They put my sack of 10 with cheese in the microwave for 15 seconds. When I got to the second window I confronted them. The manager act like I was wrong for asking questions. Then asked do I want the old microwave burgers or not. Hell naw I don't. How many hands touch them nasty as burgers. I got my money back and went to Wendy's!! Never Again
I was at this white castle two days ago and I ordered chicken rings for my son and I gave them my debit card at the drive thru window and before I got to the driveway to pull out into traffic to leave , I got a notification that two accounts had logged into my Debit Card account from a unknown location …. And I immediately remove the two devices…. be careful, because I truly believe this white castle is stealing debit card numbers or something of that nature.
