It's White Castle! And a pretty good one at that. We got a Crave Clutch and some mozzarella sticks. We had to walk behind cars in the drive through to make our order, but the staff were kind and accommodating despite how busy things were. The cheddar cheese is the best cheese.
A Disappointing Decline in White Castle's Quality of Service

As someone who has been a loyal customer of White Castle for years, it is with great regret that I have to share my recent disheartening experience. Growing up, this fast food establishment was my go-to place, but sadly, the current state of their service has left me deeply disappointed.
First and foremost, the level of customer service now offered at White Castle is nothing short of abysmal. Gone are the days when the friendly and courteous staff used to brighten up your visit. Instead, I was confronted by a chubby lady at the front counter who exhibited an astounding lack of manners, displaying an air of rudeness and unprofessionalism that simply cannot be ignored.
It is frustrating to witness how this once-proud establishment has let its service standards deteriorate so drastically. Long gone are the days when the employees greeted patrons with warm smiles and went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Now, it seems that their top priority is making customers feel unwelcome and disgusted by their lackluster demeanor.
Moreover, I find it utterly disappointing that White Castle no longer values the importance of customer retention. I, for one, will not be wasting my hard-earned money on a return visit to this establishment. When a business fails to recognize the significance of loyal customers and instead treats them with disdain, it is clear that their priorities lie elsewhere.
In conclusion, my previous positive experiences with White Castle are now tainted by its current state of poor service. The decline in staff professionalism, exemplified by the rude and unprofessional chubby lady at the front counter, has left me deeply dissatisfied. It is disheartening to witness such a once-beloved establishment lose sight of what made it great in the first place. Until White Castle addresses these concerns and strives to restore its quality of service, I cannot recommend spending your hard-earned money here.
White Caste dining room is finally back open. For the last two years customers had to order through the window for cars, and that was not good. An old fashioned delight the sliders are still good. I got a number 1 which included 4 cheeseburgers, small fries and a small drink for $7.79 plus tax. I tried their impossible sliders are they are simply delicious. Taste like a burger, but no meat. Just be aware that they cost double the price of a traditional slider. Not to bad if you are craving a burger.
Employees are always angry with him and in a survey it was found that they do not respect the deliveryman and request the authority to resolve this issue.
Yesterday I went to two white castles one on hillside Ave and 175 st the get horrible review they gave me a dried out 20 cheeseburgers the burgers they gave me wet left on the grill so long they were dried out andl i travel so far to get them out would have cost me more to return them dope being sold right in front so be careful very careful going on and out...... NOT I WAS NOT GOING TO BE WITHOUT MY WHITE CASTLE CAUSE I KNOW THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER ONE BUT IT WAS 4 MILES AWAY FROM THE HILLSIDE ONE... THE ONE ON SPRINGFIELD BLVD ...BUT WHY NOT SO I TOOK A CHANCE AND OH WHAT A PLEASURE WOW IT WAS SO CLEAN IN THERE THE PEOPLE WERE SO FRIENDLY.I FELT LIKE I WANTED TO GET MY FOOD FROM HERE NOBODY HANGING OUT IN THE FRONT NODDING OR ASKING FOR MONEY COULD NOT WAIT TO TRY THE FOOD... OK END RESULTS I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL BURGERS WERE FRESH OFF THE GRILL AND WHEN I SAY FRESH THAT'S WHAT I MEAN YOU CAN EVEN SMELL THE FRESHNESS AND YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WANTED TO BUY FROM HERE.. SO THE RATING I GIVING RIGHT NOW IS FOR THE SPRINGFIELD location in jamaica ONLY... HILLSIDE DOES NOT GET MY STAMP OFF APPROVAL
Thankfully the one over by Bayside isn't as bad as this location. I'd rather drive all the way over there than purchase anything here. Very rude and disrespectful staff. 0 Customer Service Skills.
The White Castle restaurant was open 9:15 PM door open. We go in they ask how I got in walk in door it was open they tell one girl to go to register and she doesn’t know how to key in register calls medium height white woman she proceed to treat us with attitude and tells girl don’t take order. Says don’t know how you walk in I show my empty hands no keys door open. Terrible customer service I guess when I said 30 cheeseburgers they did not want to serve us. 175th st and hillside Avenue queens
Ordered impossible burgers and the appearance was far from appealing (see picture). Tried one and the onion was barely chewable. Will not order from them again
