Love the sliders. I don't enjoy the next couple of days later but it's all part of the experience! The food is always great. The employees are never bad just never smile or seem happy. Maybe white Castle needs to do better by the employees. Other than that. The inside has always been not so inviting and the food always great. I would recommend the drive thru and the food anytime. The food has always come out fresh.
Had White Castle in Iowa for breakfast and it was okay…..but now we had lunch and got 10 cheese sliders and they only ate 3 the rest are being thrown out, the fries and chicken rings 5/10, what a DISAPPOINTMENT, just go waist your money ???? at Dairy Queen next door
Everything was as expected, Beautiful, cheesey, greasy goodness!
Lady at the window was extremely polite and talkative asked if I would like to add fries and a drink, asked if I needed spicy mustard or ketchup, declined all but nice to have a reminder in case I forgot!
Nothing like a nice and hot White Castle burger with onions and cheese. They are freaking awesome! 10 out of 10. The 1921 burgers are ok.... I like the traditional ones the best. The fries are alright along with the mozzarella sticks.
But the burgers are the best.... they may give you gas....
I feel like White Castle is something you have to be in the mood for, and when you are, despite the location, it's gonna hit the same. To be clear:
1 star = hated it
2 stars = disliked
3 stars = it's okay
4 stars = liked it
5 stars = loved it
So i am not trying to say White Castle is absolutely fantastic. That would be ridiculous. BUT after a couple of gummies and in the right moment, White Castle can be awesome, for that first burger. I can't eat more than 2, though, and that's pushing it.
Staff is usually younger, but I've never had an issue with staff at any location. This particular location was great. Very nice guy who tried to do what he can to make his customer smile while passing, though the effort is appreciated.
Mozzarella sticks are good I'd recommend if ya haven't tried.
Fresh. Hot. Delicious. Not much more to say, but I was so satisfied I will.
We hadn't been to a White Castle in a few years. But the craving came hard and fast this time. So we opted to treat ourselves to a quick supper.
The Middletown dining area was clean and roomy. There were even 2 larger round tables marked to easily fit wheelchairs, to either side, out of the high traffic area. Nice touch. Thoughtful.
We ordered a couple traditional double cheese sliders and fries. You know when you get that taste for something and you gotta have it? Yep. But I had been disappointed too many times, I didn't expect this time would be any different. Boy was I wrong. So good! Was the same as always, as I had remembered. The fries were very hot, perfectly salted and not greasy. Just plain good. The silders were tasty, fresh, and hot, and I actually smiled when I took my first bite.
The young man who took my order was very friendly, polite, and respectful. It was a pleasure. I don't find this much anymore. It actually put me in a good mood.
Never thought I would have such a good experience at a fast food place. Thank you White Castle. Well done.
I've had positive experiences here before but apparently today was the day that poor service employees are working. I was declined service for a coupon for 4 free cheese sliders via T-Mobile Tuesday.
Austin, the manager, told me that it's "Only redeemable on Tuesdays." That's incorrect. Customers can redeem the coupon ANY TIME prior to date of expiration. Very rude to me in the process, as if those 4 sliders are coming out of his check.
