I’m from the north east. This was my first time having the White Castle. The service wasn’t great, the cashier didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. The coke freestyle machine was out of coke…. And the lobby was not clean. Prices were pretty good
I'm not going to be picky about this White Castle since it's my first time coming to this location. I ordered the 10 sliders meal with cheese and chicken rings. I was happy to see a soda machine here to. The sliders were so good and I ate 6 of my burgers right away and my mom ate 4. If I'm in Kentown again I will be back to this WC
The sliders were good. Ordered the family pack with 10 sliders, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Gotta have it fresh. We only get it frozen at Sam's Club. It was nice to have it fresh.
I have been going to White Castle for 30 years. This location, in particular, is a no-go. We have visited 2 times in 6 months. The first order was cold, and they were not busy. The second time, they loaded the plain burgers with so much onion that it was literally pouring out of the boxes, and food was cold again. Hard pass, will not revisit.
First time here. Some really great people work here. Especially Tamika (hope I spelled her name correctly). She has a beautiful personality and her representation of this company is impressive. The company should be very proud of their choice of hire!! Also. Yummy fresh hot food. Would return for sure!!
My family and I stopped in after leaving pleasant praire outlets today and the experience was terrifying. We stood in line for 8 minutes without even being acknowledged by the cashier or any of the workers they just looked at us. I'm glad we never placed an order. One lady was scratching her hair and touching food bags (without gloves on)while working the drive thru. The sandwiches were being thrown together (literally) in such a sloppy way that my 8 year old child stated he did not want to eat there because it looked disgusting. The whole family agreed and we left. The counters had trash on it where the burgers were being made. Oh and old fries were being dropped with new ones. I will never patronize this location again.
The food was great, however after waiting over 15 an employee finally decided to give me my drink, said they were out of a beverage I didn't order and asked if another option was OK, I told him the drink I ordered he then argues with, looked back at his screen and said ok I see Coke. No, I ordered a cream soda zero. He goes fills it up and it's Coke. OK, I guess the 3 times I told him cream soda zero he just wasn't having it! Then I asked for my two free drinks I clipped the coupon for in the app and the ticker was almost wound down, he said he didn't see it, grabbed my food order and shoved it at me. I've never been treated so poorly from a business establishment. There was literally nobody inside except myself and my child. The drive through was empty, and my order was a mobile order. I didn't get my two free drinks, nor did I get my large cream zero (not sure why I couldn't just fill the cup myself and why he HAD to fill it?) And I also wasn't able to use the $5 for using the app. Im not able to use the two free drinks either because he let it run out of time and then said he didn't see it. You need better employees, this is a great way to run people off. It's too bad because my kids really enjoyed their first try of the sliders.
Dont get it very often since there are none local but any chance I go near one I get atleast a 30 pack
