When I pulled up, there was only one car in front of me and I was told to wait at the drive-through. When I was ordering The lady kept saying my total after ordering one thing at a time because she thought I was done and I know that’s not how they train there employees so that’s one thing they need to be trained on again. The lady couldn’t hear me as I was ordering so caught an attitude real quick but when I got to the window, she decided to put on a happy face as if she forgot how she was talking to me. As I was waiting for my food, it seemed like it took 10 minutes and it wasn’t even busy and all you saw was the employees standing there talking and not working. Once I got my food the lady forgot to put my zesty sauce in the bag for my onion rings, even though I told her when I was ordering my food and she proceeded to tell me I needed to talk louder when I’m like they need to fix their microphone or something because she was speaking low herself. Once I drove off, I made sure everything was in the bag which it was but once I got home, I noticed my onion rings were super soggy and not fresh and they were not crispy at all. They were all broken up, so I was very disappointed with my food overall the hamburger sliders, taste really bad and the fries just horrible food in general do not come here go to another white castle anywhere but this location. I suggest you guys get new workers or better people that’s going to make the food correctly and know how to talk to customers when they’re ordering and not always saying is that it after every sentence. At this point, it seems like they’re just cooking food and they’re not really caring about their job so this white castle is in desperate need of better work employees and better food. Do not waste your money here. If I could give zero stars, I would!
Let's start with amazing people working here, from front counter to food preparation team to management team were all warm & welcoming. They were patient with every customer and really answered all questions. Food was not up to par with quality of meat and ingredients - yes, I know the reputation but wanted to experience it myself with my son who wanted to know what this place was about. Their dining area was beyond cold and staff kept apologizing for not being able to fix it.
I just had an outstanding experience at this White Castle. I placed an order online but forgot to add cheese to my crave case sliders. I called a couple times to adjust my order and was worried that the store wouldn’t answer, but the manager actually called me back and was happy to accommodate my order adjustment and was so so kind about it.
On top of that, they had my order done in less than half the time the app said it would take and the staff were so on top of everything and very nice and friendly. The sliders and fries were excellent as well, 10/10 White Castle experience!
Waited 15 min for the grossest, coldest food ever. The fries didn't even have a speck of salt and they tasted like play dough. I'm starting to think the only consistently decent food around here is mcdonalds and that's really saying something. Will never return.
The wait was terrible. The two girls taking orders just stood there staring at people for over 5 minutes, before taking an order. The manager just walked around on his phone and the employees were clueless. Over 40 minutes and still no food. 3 employees stood and watched 2 employees work. Getting a refund and leaving!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Apparently open 24 hours doesn’t mean open 24 hours, crooked tooth manager told me they’re closed after waiting in line for 15 minutes.
I keep giving these white castles a chance and they disappoint every time ????????♂️
Awful the white girl with dark brown hair was on her phone the whole time in the kitchen while they fell behind. Literally every girl working was walking slow and not doing anything. Except for the black girl with the red hair. This location is the worse the drive through is a 30 minute wait every time. And no body works hard. They are rude and rush you over the speaker. They got an attitude with every question. Go to another location if you can.
Went in today for Thanksgiving. Bought the crave case and the workers were very professional and nice!!!! Told them I would do a great review and survey because they went above and beyond!!!!
