Great food.never had issues with my orders and the service is surprisingly good friendly and fast. The workers here are underrated so I'd like to just say thank you for your hard work.
Had gone late, like late. The line we waited for some time. Honestly that's not the business fault. Lack of employees, but that's many places. (Have an open mind to businesses that have shortage on employees). The staff were super patient and friendly. I emphasize on friendly because as we were waiting, a person had been walking around thee building asking people for money
As that was happening the young lady that was taking our order was calm and collected. She didn't slow down her customer service. She was chill and kept it moving.
Next honest part, we did miss a few things, we went back and got it. Without an issue. We didn't get upset with them. Cause things happen, considering the stranger walking around the building and customers getting their food
I get why this happened. I will go back for sure. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!
I was going to just leave after 10 mins but got curious how long it would be. Total was 52 mins from parking lot line to food received.
Service was kind but slow
Food was cold when I got it so I have no idea what took so long other than them doing one order at a time.
To be fair it also was 3:10 in the am so they were the only place open. Either way it was very unfortunate that the food was cold after waiting sooo long.
Lobby smelled like piss. Ot was dirty. It wasn’t busy; and it still took 15 min to get 10 burgers with fries and no drinks (they forgot them) we had to ask for them. The minimum standards of cleanliness should be kept regardless of any business.
Food took forever. The staff was rude and the kid was wearing AirPods and kept asking us to repeat everything we said at least twice. Took at least 30 minutes to get one medium drink and 10 sliders. Not worth the money or the time. The food wasn’t even hot. The person in line behind us left before even getting their food out of frustration.
I don't live by a white castle, and happened to be right close to one, so I had to stop by, as I've been really craving them. I bought a couple different items, and everything was delicious! My double cheeseburger was better than I remember, and I honestly I don't think it could've been any better! It was so delicious, and such a treat! Next time I will definitely be ordering more than one. The people working there were very lighthearted, pleasant, and very nice. I noticed the names, Deonna, Ronald, and Cynthia. I can't wait to have another one, and might have to drive there just special to get their food. I would recommend this white castle to everyone.❤️
I ordered a crave box, sack of fries and onion chips. There's a box with additional instructions on it. In that box I clearly stated EXTRA ONIONS. Food and delivery ended up being $44 and I didn't get what I paid for. How easy is it to fill my order properly? I will NEVER frequent the Zane location. The burgers were dry, tasteless and just plain awful. If it wasn't for my 3 Grand Bay Bays and how much I paid, I would have thrown them in the trash! Their burgers taste NOTHING like they should and evidently whomever made them just didn't give a damn.
