This is the second time I've tried to get white castles at this location. I waited in line for over 30 minutes both time with 3 cars in front of me. Not a single car moved while I sat there. Won't be going back to this location. I'm at the Lincoln Park white castle now and I've been in the drive thru for 5 minutes, 2 cars ahead of me and I'm about to pay for my food.

You won’t regret it
The entire experience was surprisingly incredible! We first walk in and greeted by a young lady asking if we are ready to order, we ordered a 9 PC Chicken Rings, 2 bags of fries and a Crave Clutch, One side no cheese and one side cheese, with onions and mustard. We asked about a military discount and was asked if we wanted that because the Crave Clutch already had a discount, we asked just to add the discount that makes the total cost less and then paid for the food. The food after about a 5 minute wait and it was all fresh! The fries were piping hot and very crispy, the chicken fingers were fresh and crispy as well and the sliders were the best! They had melted cheese, a decent amount of mustard and pickles and a ton of onions! Not to mention the customer service was over the top! You could tell they weren’t faking happiness, more so that they were generally happy to be there! I even asked for a new lid and straw and she was happy to give it to me! She was even nice and told me to wait two seconds as she was making the food! I told her to have a blessed day and I tell ya she was happy and said “You too!”. The best experience ever, I recommend it to anyone!
Love the original White Castle burgers! Melt in your mouth delicious. The imitators are no comparison.
Just so you know, I will be calling corporate office. I am stuck in the drive through lane. Now that you have put that stupid median in so I have one car ahead of me. We have been waiting for 19 minutes already. And I haven't even placed an order but I am stuck. My car's not big enough to run over the median. I did call the store inside and they just said we have to be patient.
Veteran's Day was a blessing here, chose 4 free cheese sliders, onion chips upgraded from fries and a pop all free for my Veteran hubby for lunch ❤️???????? Thank you White Castles for participating in the Veteran's Giveaway this past November 11th...
We ordered clam strips that I normally love. They were burnt and tasted like they were fried in old oil. The food took 20 min to come out and we went to the drive thru. Awful, I'll never go back.
Food is always hot and delicious. However even ordering online you'll still wait a good 15-20 min to get your food.
