Went here with a friend for my annual White Castle trip. This was my first time at this location. The workers were nice and friendly. The food was what you'd expect for White Castle. The pop machine was nice. The tables inside look like they may be cleaned once at the end of the night. Our table had salt all over it. Another had food sitting on it.
Placed a rather large order at this location. Got a phone call shortly after to clear up an issue regarding my order. We arrived to find everything hit and ready. Probably one of the best experiences I have had at a White Castle.
By far one of the best cleanest most organized white castles I’ve been to in a long time keep up the good work
Always go to white castle this was the worst food ever fries half cooked and cold burgers cold not hot off grill didn't keep receipt or would have went in tom. to complain the only thing I can say is workers were friendly and nice and the 2 fish sand. were good but the rest was garbage 28.00 threw 20.00 in trash
This white castle is always clean and well staffed. I usually get breakfast items and they are always hot and fresh. The staff are always friendly and the service is typically fairly quick.
This was my first visit to white Castle. My husband grew up on White Castle and we couldn't resist their 10/$7.99 deal. He relived some childhood memories with me and I enjoyed the clam strips and onion petals. Not sure I have his enthusiasm regarding this establishment but it wasn't a bad experience.
We live in California and visit Ohio regularly and one of our first stops is White Castle. As I have been eating vegetarian I have really enjoyed the Impossible sliders. I alway make sure to ask for extra onion and pickles. They gave me a whole plate of extra pickles last time I was there I also love that they have a Coke Freestyle machine which is a bonus for me. This restaurant is a little slow but it’s with the wait.
I was informed by the staff that they were unable to fulfill my order due to the grill being turned off at 8:00 PM every night. I expressed confusion, as I believed they still had chicken available. However, they clarified that while they did have burgers, they could not make the specific burger I requested. Despite my confusion, I decided not to delay the line and proceeded with my order. The individual taking my order displayed an unfriendly attitude towards me due to my lack of understanding regarding the unavailability of the burger I desired. They explained that they had to turn off the grill for cleaning purposes. As an outsider, I am not privy to the details of their internal operations, such as whether they use different types of patties or not. However, I had assumed that all their burgers were of the same size. Subsequently, a young man at the window apologized for the rude behavior of the staff member. Approximately 10 minutes later, I received my order while still in the drive-through. I I have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, and during my tenure, we never turned off any of our equipment until the establishment was completely closed. I find it perplexing why they would turn off or not have backups of an item that is on the menu.
