This location really needs to learn some professionality. They are beyond rude. I bought a fish sandwich and it was burnt. I requested some ketchup and they didn't give it to me. When I finally got their attention, they acted like I was a problem. I will never spend my money here again. I can not stress enough on how rude the employees are!
Fresh food. Went twice , middle of the day and late night, each time was fresh.
Horrible service with an attitude! Gave us our order then walked away qith out our drinks. Blew my horn4 times to get her attention someone else gave us our drink but she seemed pissed..no thanks qont visit again. I'm so tired of these young folks
Burgers were not fresh at all, bread was hard an some parts of the meat to definitely will not stop here again, wasted my hard earned money here...
Fast service. Seems like the only white castle in city with the only digital interactive drive-thru system.
The virtual voice assistant in the drive through wasn’t working to take orders. I pulled away without my drink, normally your drink is given out while waiting on your food, but it wasn’t. The young lady handed me my food and said have a good day, so without thinking went and pulled away. Immediately realized as I pulled out of the parking lot that I didn’t get my drink. Feeling stupid I drove around the block and went inside to get the drink. LOL Two people left without getting what they wanted because of not being able to place their order and I guess not wanting to pull up to the window or go inside. Hopefully they get it fixed soon. Otherwise everything was a typical stop for fast food.
Average 4.5 stars. Their sliders always seem to be freshly made and hot. I'm a big fan of the two double bacon cheeseburgers and a large chocolate milkshake! And yes, White Castle's shakes at least double the size of Amy other fast food restaurant chains! Good job guys!!!
This is the 3rd time I placed an order using the app. This is the 3rd time the order was not ready at the time stated on the app. The 1st and 2nd time I waited over 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. This time I ended up canceling the order. After I told them I was there to pick up my order they hadn't even started on it. They were making orders for people who were walking in to place their orders and coming through the drive thru. After waiting over 20 minutes again and being told my food would be ready in just a second and yet another person came in and placed their order and was handed their order while I was still waiting, I decided to go somewhere else. I will never order from this location again.
