On this day, the staff was outside arguing with someone in parkin̈gʻ lot. Cursing . When someone finally went in, we could place our order. And that was really bad. we ordered 10 dollars bag 2 drinks fries . Then 2 sliders and an order of chicken rings. After waiting 15 minutes, they came and asked us our order, and then we had to wait another 10 minutes to finally get everything. They forgot the fries in place. we received 4 very cold hamburgers you could not eat. No fries and everything, but the chicken rings barely warm.
Whole order was screwed up. Ordered a 10 sack and got 4 double cheeseburgers. Only think they got right was the fries but I guess it’s not that hard to screw up basic fries. Never going back waste of time and money.
Was in town for Import Face Off this weekend, normally we go to the Labor Day weekend one in Ohio but wanted to switch up this year, this location was 4 doors down from the hotel on the way back, decided to stop in last night. Ordered a 30 case with No Pickle in the drive through with no wait in front of me. Guy greeted me on the mic at the menu board right away but then didn't come back on to take my order for 10 minutes, we about left and went elsewhere!!!! Then after pulling up to the window waited another 20 minutes for the food after paying. Then we get back to the hotel and open the case, we were missing 6 out of the 30 sliders in the case, and they STILL put pickles on when I specifically said NO pickle and my receipt also said NO pickle on it. Tried calling twice, no answer. Didn't want to leave back out the hotel again but I personally did, went back down and actually went inside, and the guy I encounted told me he could not remake the order for me as it was about to be shift change. Would not issue a refund either, basically just wasted $35 on that case. White Castle is nonexistent in northern Indiana where we're from, just like Waffle House, nearest locations of either are nearly two hours south from me. Anytime we travel and go by one we will always stop. This location was absolutely disgraceful, never again.
Ordered 2 10 pack cheese sliders and 20 chicken rings man at window politely asked us to pull forward to wait on food. Was rudely ignored by woman with large gauge earrings when asked question about my order. Walked away with attitude as she re entered store. Was given 2 ranch cups for 20 chicken rings. when i ordered at the drive through menu I asked for extra ranch to begin with.
We stopped late at night after leaving a family function. They had a long line, but got through everyone quickly. Our food was hot & the order was correct. Will be stopping there again in the future if we are in the area late at night!
They get a five star based on their service alone. Polite, professional and respective. I visited there the morning of the 27th around 8am. Wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who helped me
Ordered in the app to pick up in drive-thru. Arrived with 1 car in front of me. Sat in drive-thru 23 minutes to get my order. Actually had to tell them what I ordered when I got to the window and they still got my order wrong. To me honest this was my first experience where my sliders had no flavor to them at all. Fast food isn't so fast anymore and the customer service is non existent. I rarely do fast food for this reason. It's no longer convenient. It's more of a hassle.
I asked for extra pickles on all six of my sliders and you gave me no pickles? And you put spicy cheese on my sandwiches which I did not order? And on top of all that you didn't put my mozzarella sticks in there! This has been a reoccurring problem. Every time I have been to this White Castle location I am either missing multiple things or my order is incorrect. As someone who has worked fast food before it really is not that hard >:(
