Made an online pickup order for 1:30 PM...called to vfi order at 9:00 AM and they had just gotten done filling the order that was scheduled for 1:30 PM pick up. They made the mistake. Ok fine no problem. They would redo the order and it would be ready at 1:30 PM. Get to white castle and employee is annoyed. I can feel the vibe. Employee tells me I set the order up for 1:30 AM. I'm confused.....I know I set it for 1:30 PM. And if i set it for 1:30 AM why did you make the order at 9:00 AM??? White castle isent even open at 1:30 AM....ugh. So I get to work and look at my order confirmation and I set the order pick up for 1:30 PM!!!!! LIKE I SAID. White castle employee was WRONG.....so annoying to try to blame the customer and make up a mistake to place on the customer. JUST OWN YOUR 2 MISTAKES.
Sometimes, you get the crave. Family and I went there after shopping across the street. Went through the drive through and it was slow as usual. Eventually got our food and it was hot and the burgers weren't slimy like they get when they sit. They were good. The mozzarella sticks were good and so were the chicken rings. Told my daughter I had to try her chicken rings so I could do this review - lol
Solid fast food with a friendly staff. I hadn't tried the chicken rings yet, but they had a few new items that looked appetizing. Chicken rings good.
Every time I go back to Minneapolis.I always stop at white castles.It always reminds me at home.It always reminds me of the good old days.Service was horrible, but I'm from Minneapolis.So I expected at no biggie.
And And the little old lady at the Speedway gas station made up for it. She was great, go see her right across the street. Get some gas, get some friendly service. The most definitely get some white castles. I always get at least 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry. And it is the absolute best. Nothing's better than a double cheeseburger. The moisteneess of the bread.Single sliders don't get that way.You can only get that taste from a double cheeseburger
This white castle is in my top 3, and that's saying something! I absolutely love white castle! The food is, as always, delicious ????! (It's my main guilty pleasure????) The employees are good at their job and the place is always clean in my experiences. The Atmosphere is calm and quiet during non rush hours and during rush hours it's slightly louder but still delightful ????. Both are great to experience!
Watched them make our breakfast toast sandwiches on a dirty surface, when I asked them about it they told me they were clean when you could clearly see crumbs. They then said have a nice day. Won't return
I gave 2 stars for the food being hot, but the order was not 100% right. My hubby ordered ghost pepper cheese on one, and let's say that the cheese was ghost: missing the pepper part. It was just regular. Also, while my hubby and I were eating inside, we
noticed many cars outside waiting in the drive-through for A LONG TIME for their food. Speaking of eating inside, the dining room floor was DISGUSTING. While ordering our food, our feet were sticking onto the floor with every step. Most of the table tops had specks of crumbs on them, and the ceiling vents were also DISGUSTING. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. The onion chips I had had an old grease taste to the, so that says its probably needing some cleaning too. This place is voted as one of the best places to work but maybe it's because they don't have to do any cleaning! I'm sorry but cleanliness is important to me so I won't be back to this location. I have included pictures. Just nasty.
Food was fine. Service was fast. Staff were friendly place was kind of clean but I think they're understaffed. They where staying busy definitely not to employees fault
