Employee at the counter was friendly. We waited 10 minutes for our sliders and had to go back to the counter because 2 sliders were missing from our order. Manager fixed issue quickly. The inside of the restaurant was dirty, and I couldn't find one clean table. Food was ok.
Stopped here on my way back home (2 hours away). Friendly people. Food was ok. I LOVE the loaded fries so that's what I got and there was like 1 tiny squirt of cheese on it. I thought at first they forgot it and was about to pull around, but moved a few fries and noticed a small dot. Definitely not cool.
We were there Saturday night. The lady at the drive thru window provided great customer service and the food was hot, fresh, quick, and delicious. Probably the best white castles I've ever had.
This place was terrific! Service was fast and done with a smile ???? I don't often eat fast food, but a couple of times a year... I stop and pick up the big 30 pk crave case. A wonderful experience ✨️
I’ve wanted to go to here since the first time I saw Harold & Kumar go to White Castle, about 10 years ago. I was driving back from California with my family and I made sure this was somewhere we went before crossing the border. I was happy to go.
The best was to put it is it didn’t disappoint but it didn’t exceed my expectations. I had 2 chicken, 2 bacon & 2 regular sliders. The chicken were better than I thought, I only got them because someone recommended it. The burgers were pretty good but after a while I got a bad aftertaste like old grease or something like that.
The staff were friendly and the place was like any fast food place I went to. When my family told the cashier our trip and quest to find White Castle, they asked if they could take a picture for there newsletter and we obliged happily. It was a good experience and I’m happy it’s off the list.
We stopped late Friday night. The food, service, and price was everything you would expect at a White Castle. Was thankful and happy to see a White Castle in Terre Haute. We will definitely stop again the next time we are in town.
We don't have these in Kansas. So experiencing this fast food place first hand was nice. The food tasted great and the staff was polite and helpful even though they forgot to give me part of my order (small fry, no big deal). This particular location wasn't too clean though. The tables were but some of the windowsill s and chairs were dirty. Mens Bathroom was immaculate though.
Harold & Kumar would be so proud! Who has seen the movie? How about all of them?? We made our way through the White Castle Drive-Thru and off to a park to have a picnic. White Castle at a picnic table? Oh yes! The kids just love the size of the burgers! Just right for little hands and it is just the novelty for adults! So fun and yummy!
