A White Castle slider at one restaurant is no different than a slider from another White Castle restaurant. Anyone who likes this type of fast food should be happy. My low rating is for the rude staff, slow service, and snide remarks. My sister wanted the 100-pack but did not order online. There was only one customer ahead of us who had been served and waiting for her food. The front Iine staff insisted on ordering online. What difference would it be if my sister ordered three 30-packs plus one 10-pack? Those packs can be ordered over the counter! Check up on your staff who worked on Sunday 11/3/2023 around 10:30 am. They deserve a negative rating. They would rather stand around than to serve when there was not a crowd at all.
The place could use some welcoming decor and deep cleaning. My hands got sticky, just touching the table edge.
The drive thru experience leaves much to desired. I had to wait what seemed an eternity just to get past ordering. Once at the window , the lady was not hostile, but she wasn’t exactly friendly either. I thanked her for my food and pulled into the parking lot to eat. Only…she gave me the wrong order! I hightailed it inside to correct them. No problem with receiving the proper order. But when I asked for napkins, another gal pulls out a roll of brown paper towels, tears off a rather small amount, and hands it to me. No explanation as to why napkins were available. Each employee seemed horribly slow in their movement, as though they couldn’t be bothered to work. Paying customers shouldn’t be overly demanding in my humble opinion. It is after all fast food. But courtesy, a smile/good attitude and reasonably efficient service should be the norm.
I don’t feel I got that as a customer , and it’s beyond shameful.
If I could give negative stars I would. I never write reviews but this is by far the worst fast food/restaurant I’ve ever been to. The place was basically empty and they still took 10-15 minutes just for someone to take my order. I finally got my food 10 minutes later and then asked for sauce and he ignored me. Everyone was moving like a snail and would hide in the back to get out of doing their job. Fast food has to be one of the easiest jobs in the world. I wish them luck on holding any job ever.
Ordered several items to try since I've never seen one of these locations and often buy their frozen sliders from the store.
First impressions: The service sucked really bad, they forgot items I ordered, the food wasn't good, and I didn't feel great afterwards.
The woman taking the orders was short and snotty since I had to keep repeating what I wanted. The speaker volume was so low, that I turned the car off and could still only barely hear her speaking. It also seemed like she couldn't hear me very well on her end. She was rude at the window as well. Took my payment, gave me the food, and said nothing but, "here ya go".
Upon driving past the window and looking into the bag, I realized they didn't give me a few of the items I ordered. Not even sure if I paid for them... don't care 2bh. It wasn't worth my time to go back around and deal with her a second time. I ate about half the food. Some of it was dry and tasted weird, so I passed on it. About a half hour later, my stomach was pretty unhappy.
I guess I'll stick to the frozen store bought sliders. They're somehow better than the "fresh" ones here...
This is my first visit in St. Paul. Saw cops blocked restaurant(not exactly), and I liked what’s on here? But, they still opened. Place isn’t clean and their freestyle machine messed up everywhere…needed to repair. Foods are good as fresh, unfortunately I had to give you 2 1/2 stars.
Used to be a great drive thru, now the AI ordering is a JOKE!! Hasn't gotten the order right in the last 5 visits. Takes extra time @ the window as a result - slow.
Pulled up to this 24 hour restaurant. They said they were going through a shift change so we asked if that means we cannot order.. no response. We pulled up to the window to the heavy set man standing at the register and just started at us like we were dumb. Definitely won’t be back to this White Castle.
Homeboy taking orders is straight garbage. Asked me what I wanted to order then proceeded to have a cough attack. Had to repeat my order and was told I had to pull to the front and wait for my order. Waited well over 30 minutes for this bum to finally bring it out and got it wrong as well. I don't know how this place is still open.
