I recently visited White Castle, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The sliders were, as always, perfectly seasoned and delightfully juicy, with that unique White Castle flavor that’s simply irresistible. I also had the opportunity to try their new menu items, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well they complemented the classic sliders. The only thing I would recommend is to order something super cheap so you can get the coupons first and then get the real meal.
The lady who took our order this morning was super awesome, patient and kind! Thank you for that! It made this stop on our road trip a great one!
Food was also yummy. I've never had breakfast here before. Real eggs in sandwiches? So awesome!
Super cool drive thru window. I didn't like AI taking my order, however they have the option to speak with a person. The breakfast was great.
Due to working in the area, I visited here twice today (9/13/24). Both times the food was good and the service was fast and friendly. However, the second time I was in, the overnight manager really impressed me. He was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to provide excellent service. I'm sorry I didn't get this young man's name, but White Castle, you need to hire more folks like him! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
Good place with nice small burgers, good taste for the price you pay. Like small package approach
Food was okay. Not impressed with the AI drive-thru experience. "She" told me I couldn't order my sliders with no pickles. Was told at the window that I could... but they already had them made. Well yeah, I'm sure they had a lot of them made, and didn't want to mess with a special order. Given the indigestion these always give me, I'm glad I only "crave" them once in a while.
I had never been to a white castle before. The food was fine. The service was great. Employees were helpful, patient and friendly. The facility was nice and clean too.
Wow this place was super disappointing!! Went out of our way for the novelty of white castle and honestly I would rather eat the ones out of the freezer aisle! We tried the chicken, the regular sliders, the fish, the onion chips and the fries and not a single item was worth finishing, not worth $25 and no interest to return sadly :/ oh and they use an AI non-human order taker which can be really frustrating.
