We pulled into this White castle at 12:11 and just got our food at 12:51. Never in my life have we waited so long in a drive thru.
The service was great and the food fresh. The people that work at this White Castle in Eureka, MO were extremely friendly and polite. The only negative were the tables were not as clean as they could have been. Otherwise, everything else was very clean.
My husband's favorite place when we come to Missouri, less than perfect experience but some days are like that. He was happy and that's all that mattered! Plus 2 little Texans had their first White Castle and wanted to go back!
I ordered french fries very well done. After waiting for an extra 5 minutes and the line outside the drive through I received my special order fries and they were hot and fresh made just for me. I rarely get treated like that and it was very pleasant surprise considering. Play people working in the Drive-Thru we're very nice and took care of me spot on so I would like to really thank them personally. It may not seem much but a lot of these fast food places you go to you don't get treated like they care at all but they completely went a different direction than most. I don't go very much but if I come across here again I will certainly stop to get my special order fries here.
I hope this is helpful and more people come here and give people accolades when they deserve it
Being from Arizona, we've never eaten at a white castle....this is our first time. Overall, I liked it, but the rest of the family didn't. I think I was the onions they put on each hamburger. The kids liked the chicken onion rings and the fries. I put cheese on some of the sliders, and that wasn't bad. The service was great and the place was clean. Our first experience wasn't great because I forgot to ask for no onions, so I think the family will not want to go back.
We had to wait in line for 35 minutes for a crave case. If we were not from out of town, we would have left like several other people who were in line. The cashier lady was very nice and apologized for the long wait. Please don't open, if you are short staff. The burgers were very hot.
I enjoy white castle everything I eat it. Anytime I'm in St Louis White castle is my first stop. Service at this location was top notch. Food was great.
I travel with my job decided to stop here for my lunch/dinner. I ordered mozzarella cheese, sticks, and the number two with loaded fries. It takes a long time to wait in this line for cold food. The only thing that was fresh for me was the mozzarella cheese sticks which were over cooked. When I went back to the drive-through, not even 10 minutes later, it took 40 minutes for me to get to the window afterwords they told me they would replace what they had given me. So a pool for waited another five minutes for them to bring me the food. I did not eat. The burgers were still cold and dry but at least this time they microwaved the loaded fries so the cheese was hot but the fries were still old.
