Went through drive through. Food was so expensive…inflation, sure. But my order was about $30 and they didn’t give me half my food.
Missing a whole meal. And an extra slider. It’s so late I’m too tired to leave my home and go back up there. Wtf kind of system are y’all running up there. The young lady’s asked for my bag back as I was grabbing it and fixed something….just for me to get home and have half of my order missing. Straight up..a number 2 and a Smokey Joe sandwich. I shoulda checked but Gollie! Cmon White Castle. Hire or train better
????Food is always hot & fresh❣???? Longer lines than most fast food places, but worth the wait❣???????? Love the jalapeño chicken ???? breast sandwich & jalapeño cheese ???? burger. Best cheese sticks than other fast food places. Fire onion rings. Staff is always nice @ this location ????
Horrible service, takes 10 minutes to place an order then, another 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru before you get the food.
Wanted 10 cheese burgers, NOT double cheese burgers. Ate em not gonna waste em.
They are slow aa hell i cane in from the drive through hoping i would get my order quicker . They still took an extra 10 minutes to get my order . Dark skin tall girl was in the back yelling with the manager . Then i came in thats when she started making everybody else order . So i wait 20
They are by far the worst white castle I been to. Sat at the drive thru window for 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich and I was the only one in line. they have kids working and don't care for customer service. I live 3 mins away and intentionally go to another store and its been like this for year. And positive review I fluff.
The service is fairly fast and good. I love the sliders and while I try to not eat them often whenever I have a craving I go here.
Order 3 cheeseburgers and 5 piece cheesestick bread was hard on burgers and only 2 chessestucks had cheese in them
