This review has two parts. I placed an online order early morning on 10/31. Arrived at the restaurant and they were closed so to speak. I spoke with the manager and she explained that it was just her and she was waiting on her help to come. However, she fixed my order for me with a smile and wished me a great day and I did her as well. Later in the afternoon, I placed another online order for onion rings and a peach tea. I got there and they didn’t have any onion rings. :( The same manager asked me what else would I like and I just told her cheese fries. Unbeknownst to me she put two orders of cheese fries in my bag. Once again, all of this was done with a smile and an apology. My fries were good and hot! This was AMAZING customer service both times! I appreciate it very much. I hope she sees this review! I was the one with the Halloween tutu on! :) Thanks again!
I placed my order online last night at 6:20p.m. and the app said it would be ready at 6:37p.m. I stay 4 blocks away I arrive at 6:30p.m. to pay ! I wait 5 minutes at the counter for my order to be paid for ! Now it’s 6:35p.m. I’m thinking I’m about to get my food nope another 25minutes to wait while she gave the person in front of me her manager’s discount! No apology or accommodation for the additional wait ! What’s the sense in ordering ahead ? Then when you pull up there’s several unsavory characters by the door to get in and leave out! Then there’s so many flies in the dining area ! I also noticed the young man who was working drive thru/ front cash didn’t wash his hands he just put the really thin gloves on and started handling food very unsanitary ! I really use to like this location but you all have let me down and lost my service! Below is a picture of cheese slices sitting on the counter where their bare hands be so unsanitary!
Fast, hot, and fresh food. The person running the drive thru was very efficient and was polite and easy to understand. They confirmed that my order was correct and took the job of providing great service seriously. Great job to the staff and management of this location.
This White Castle has always and continues to have exceptional service. Food fresh and recieved in a timely manner without compromising quality. Always recommended; been coming here for years!
If you wanna be late for work, get terrible inconsiderate service, wait in the drive thru for 30+ min and get some attitude this is the place to be!!! And guess what my order is always wrong because these people can’t READ!!!! If the receipt says my order that’s what needs to be in the bag!!! And that darkskin girl, short, her hair never done… you can’t miss her….don’t have her make your food she mess up every time and when you tell her it’s wrong she wanna get mad…don’t get mad at the CUSTOMER when YOU messed up MY order!!! Never coming here again man I’d rather drive 10min to another location…replace the entire staff and I promise you you’ll have better business
I was very reluctant about buying breakfast at White Castle I normally don't eat their lunch I don't do well with their burgers but I really wanted to try the breakfast and I was really surprised it's not that bad at all and it's a great price so I do recommend just giving you the breakfast a shot the hash browns were great the sandwiches were great and the waffle sandwich was incredible so I definitely do recommend it
I hadn't had White Castle in years and it was GREAT. The fish sliders were the BOMB. My boyfriend had the Chicken Rings. Everything was hot and fresh... on your next trip to the Lou we will be grabbing our lunch from White Castle's.
The drive thru is fairly fast, which is a surprise compared to other fast food in the area. Food is always hot. They never messed up an order of mine. The impossible slider and the veggie slider is better than I thought they would be. The workers are nice. Overall, I'm happy with this location........
