Okay, normally I don’t do this, BUT, this is a GARBAGE location! We waited in the drive thru 42 mins for food that’s not even cooked!? What is this mess! No thank you!!
8 mile White Castle is better. Do not waste your time or money at this location!!
First time trying the garlic cheese..... I wasn't impressed lol! Didn't taste to much like garlic to me. I'd rather stick with the regular cheese. My slider wasnt cooked enough tho. I just nibbled around it. My 1st time trying the chicken rings!! Very good I must say! Ranch was really good! I'll definitely order those again. The next morning.... I was back for a breakfast slider!!! I miss white castle alot lol this location was aight!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The inside of this place was filthy first off. And second I saw they were busy with the drive thru but they didn’t even bother to address me until 5 mins of waiting at the counter to place my order. The staff were rude to not only me but other customers within this 2 minute interaction. Finally took my order after 10 mins it took another 20 just to receive my food.
I work in customer service myself and I’m a patient person. This was unacceptable with service and the building sanitation.
Kennie is a horrible manager. I was billed immediately for my order when I pulled up. Then I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. They told me it was taking a while because I ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. I get it... but 20 minutes later no food... no explanation? The workers were avoiding the window. Almost hiding in the back behind it. I'm not sure what the hell they were doing but they certainly were not taking care of customers in the drive thru. I seen at least 1 other car pull out of the line frustrated at the wait. I asked for and got a refund. I also passed this experience along via White Castle survey. I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited 20 minutes. The receipt was time stamped. I also honked my horn to get Associates attention. They ignored me for at least 1 minute. Nobody left in the lobby.... what the heck were your employees doing? Your business lost money that day. I doubt this incident is isolated. I don't wish to come back. But out of convenience and love for the WC sliders. Please! Do better! I'd love to come back and revise this review.
PS I uploaded pictures of my receipt and refund. I dare you to go check your camera footage during those 20 minutes I sat there. White Ford pickup truck.
Staff very friendly. The burgers were very soft. They tasted very nice
Horrible time management. Will push door dash orders off to take care of customers that are in the lobby placing orders after your door dash order is in. 20-30minutes wait for door dash orders. Won't work on door dash order until they have "free time to do it"
Stopped in at the Van Dyke, Warren MI restaurant and the sack of white castle burgers were disgusting! They were so salty you couldn't eat them. Unfortunately I went thru the drive thru and was too far away to return the burgers for a refund! Definitely the worst White Castle burgers EVER!!
Good food, nice people, great hours. Only dig that there's always a really long line at night, but who else stays open like this? Great place
