The Coca-Cola soda machine was not working very well. I ordered a container of peach tea and when I got it home, they forgot to put the peach into the tea. The two employees were doing the best they could, but they really needed at least one more person.the food was as delicious as it ever is.
I've been eating at this White????Castle location in Kokomo, Indiana, for soooooo many years, since the way, way, way back time, when I was just a little child...????✔️ This location has always been solid in service and food quality...???????? Sometimes it may take them a while depending on how busy they are and how big the orders might be, but that's no complaint...????...because rest assuredly that the staff is hard at work on keeping up and preparing the next batch of Sliders to fill up your Crave????Case...????????
Sat. 8/31 2:00pm. Walked inside during a shift change. New person walks up to take the orders, fully donned in her virtue mask. It's 2024, they don't work... they never did work and at this point, you're absolutely insane at this point if you still think that this is anything other than a flu and their attempt at control. Couldn't believe it, she asked to take my order and I looked at the mask and looked at her and said not anymore and walked out. I refuse to give these crazies my money and shame on W.C. for allowing this insanity to continue. This woman doesn't need a mask, she needs professional mental help... also by the way hopefully she will read this but a little personal message to her:
If you can smell the onions that they cook with, guess what... the mask isn't working. It never worked, neither did the shot they tried to force on us
What's bad to say about sliders and good service, my first time at white castle and they went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. Food was fresh and made to order and correct.
Fast, fresh & yummy Original sliders. Brought some home to Michigan, since we do not have them here. Fries were also very hot and tasty!
We were in town visiting Kokomo speedway and couldn't resist a late night White Castle run. All the workers were super nice and in great moods. Food was great as always.
My bestie, dog, and I are on a cross country trip and stopped at White Castle because apparently it was on my bestie’s “bucket list.”
We stopped in Kokomo, Indiana to get her White Castle. The food was good; but that isn’t why I am writing.
I am writing, hoping that the manager of the restaurant somehow reads this and knows what an amazing employee he or she has.
The young woman who was in the drive through window was absolutely the kindest and most patient worker EVER. My dog was cranky in the back seat and she gave him a little baggie of bacon as a treat. She took her time to make sure our order was correct, was kind, lovely, articulate, took pride in her work, and absolutely made our detour the best fast food experience ever. My friend and I talked about her all day.
So, in the off chance that you are the worker or manager of the young lady at the Kokomo White Castle- thanks for making our day and making us fans of White Castle for life.

Fish slider, chicken & waffles, original slider.
The fish slider was AMAZING. I haven't found a better fish sandwich than the filet-o-fish until now. It's too bad it's tiny. I didn't even put on the included tartar sauce.
The chicken & waffles was excellent as well. The bacon, waffles, crispy chicken... *chef's kiss*
I had ordered 2 of the original w/cheese; I received one normal and 1 with jalapeño cheese. I was pleasantly surprised with the accidental order.
