(2:45pm) The food was…passable. The lettuce looked weird so I took it out of my slider and I lost my appetite. The workers didn’t seem to care much about their jobs. I expected more from a White Castle in Bradly. The ghetto ones look a bit better than this one unfortunately
4.6.24 @2pm - Ordered via drive-thru: 3 small fries, 5 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 waffle chicken slider, "1921" cheese burger. $25.15 total and the food was just ok. White Castle is not as good as it used to be plus the price is ridiculous. I wish the quality was there, but no. I don't recommend this restaurant anymore. Customer service was not that great either.
To begin with, I had to wait in the drive through for 30 MINUTES for my food… maybe longer! I grabbed some fries out of my bag and one was FROZEN on top! Then I checked my food and my order was wrong after the girl repeated it back to me TWICE at the window! I left anyway because I wasn’t DARE going back through that drive through again... I got home and tried my 1921 slider and when I bit into the texture felt weird in my mouth… they gave me RAW MEAT!!!!! I’m EXTREMELY infuriated and I thank GOD that it wasn’t my 2 year old daughter’s food !!!! PLEASE close this place down. Clearly They don’t care about their customers! & I only gave one star so I could write an honest review about this DISGUSTING place so other ppl know not to eat their food. DO NOT EAT HERE!
I visit White Castle probably every two months. I've noticed that there's usually a long wait in the drive thru line. The wait is/was longer than it should be. I'm old enough to remember the great taste of the burgers, cheeseburgers & fries while growing up in Chicago. The burgers don't taste like they used to and they're significantly smaller. It's unfortunate that the taste has changed so much and of course the prices are much higher. There's actually an overpowering onion taste now that I don't remember when I was in the big city.
The cashier was polite and courteous as I received my order. I found out that a lot of staff call off and they're often short staffed.
Only ordered 2 items but somehow they screwed it up and gave me the bare minimum almost complete opposite
My wife and I were on our way home from a trip and decided to stop at the Bradley location. Well it was FANTASTIC two number one’s fry’s onion rings everything was delicious and HOT! The girl in the drive thru was friendly and just nice at 9:45 p.m You would not expect it! So thank you for employing such nice people!
This is a Great White Castle. They have very fast drive-thru service the food is always hot and tasty. The inside is also open to eat in if you desire.
The 1921 sliders are pretty tasty and much better than the original sliders. Don't forget to ask for ketchup and/or mustard since they don't come with either
