Best WLM Reviews
If you see this place Run! Waste of money.. We'll actually the mozzarella sticks actually average and the ranch chicken rings too.. the lady who took our order was nice. However the burgers were horrible ????.. I first ask for burgers with no onions.. they gave me burgers with onions scrapped off..the person fixing the burgers justified just scrapping them off.. and was upset when I told them we had allergies.. she said we should have told them that. I guess no onions wasn't enough. They remade the burgers and this is what they gave us.. we left extremely disappointed and frustrated ???? considering this was our kiddos first time there.. I'm currently heading to another restaurant to feed them.. We order at 9 didn't get the burgers until 9:31 pm.
I know that they sell items with onions but I would expect if you order no onions they wouldn't just keep using the same prepping area cross contaminating everything. I couldn't eat half of my food due to onions being mixed in. Very disappointed.
The atmosphere of the place, and the quality of the food was exceptional. What saddens me is the price of Sliders nowadays. You can literally buy them for like 2/3 the price in-store now. That sucks tbh! It's not as special taking trips and buying crave cases as it used to be. But, that's our world today in general!
Driving through from Texas we had never eaten at a White Castle before, I made my husband swing in so we could try it out. Michael behind the register was super friendly and pleasant and a joy to talk to, management should be thankful to have him as front of house!
I'm leaving a 1 star review due to the fact that they have decided to do away with senior discounts. Corporate decided to take away the senior discounts in order to try and push their coupon usage up. However, half the time the coupons are never available for people to use. If they really want to provide a discount to people why not reduce the cost of the food there? Instead they take away the senior discounts which some seniors depend on just to be able to treat themselves to maybe a once a month treat. Not all seniors are well-off and can't afford to go out all the time.
Just left there less than an hour ago and the place was practically empty. Even then, they couldn't get my order right. I don't know who's order I got, but it wasn't mine. This was my last time utilizing this White Castle location. If they can't get an order right when it's slow, if there's more than 3 cars in a parking lot or the drive through line, you know they're going to get your order wrong. Totally incompetent service.
Always a horrible wait and the lady that was working the drive thru at 750pm on 10-31-24 should be fired. They were not even busy and I was at the speaker for about 6 minutes before I asked if she was ready for my order and she rudely and sharply said “no! I’ll be with you when can” I wanted to just drive away and tell her off but my daughter wanted her meal so I made myself be the bigger person. So after that I waited for about 10 more minutes and absolute silence I finally left.
This White Castle is pretty slow everytime I visit. The parking lot is crammed and difficult to drive through. Going is side is longer standing to wait to order. It's under staffed so the dining room is not kept. Unfortunately this is the only one for many miles. The interior is updated but not being clean takes away from the update. Hopefully management corrects this in the future.
