The food is as good as it has been.....The real issue is the prices, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. It looked like a wet rag is really hard to come by at this location. The soda machine was out of almost everything, had to wait at the counter and deal with being ignored for a few minutes to get a refill. Raising prices to make up for lost revenue isn't the answer if the experience is horrible. How about just trying harder to make your customers happy so you might attract more? That would increase revenue, maybe allow you to do something unheard of, lower a price for once so it doesn't cost me $14 for a handful of sliders, an order of subpar fries that Never taste fresh, and a soda I have to almost be rude to get a refill. Used to love my Castles, now I pick up a box in the grocery store and heat up myself. Without a doubt much better than eating in the restaurant anymore.
It’s been about twenty years since I have been to a “proper” White Castle, and this place was great. The restaurant was well kept, though the costumer service was lacking. The people weren’t rude or mean, they just had no personality. There are no friendly smiles, no “Hey, happy to see you.” The front counter people were clearly just there to pull a paycheck! However, the food was as good as I remember it. The caramel parfait shake was delicious, and I highly recommend the ranch chicken rings. Even though the customer service could’ve been better, I would still recommend this place to others!
Been eating here for years , never had a bad experience with staff or food! Sometimes it is a bit of a wait , but that’s because everything is cooked fresh! I can say out of 8 years , no matter what time I’ve went I have never had cold food or missing items from my order! The staff is friendly and clean!
Literally the first time I've had White Castle in about 30 years. The double cheeseburger was awesome. The meat, the cheese the bun were all very good. The fries were meh. Very potato tasting and cooked well, just boring. I got the loaded fries and they were good, but too much ranch for me.
Went through the drive through at about 11:45 tonight and let me tell you, I’ve had one bad experience at this White Castle before and I was kind of nervous to come back but I was in the area and this is one of the only places open this late. The lady with the short green hair was absolutely phenomenal, great customer service and overall this experience was great. Would gladly come back if she’s working, give her a raise!
First time in life eating white castle. I didnt finish my food I ended up throwing it to the trash after finding multiple hairs in my cheese fries. I think I am traumatized!! never again after this experience. I dont recommend this place.
They gave me some burnt fish nibblers that I wouldn’t serve to a human and my fries was cold and I had a few burnt fries. When I spend my money I expect my food to be better i was so disappointed to get food like that.
First time I had fastfood in like 2 years. Wanted to get something to eat after a concert but nothing else was open. I ordered a shareable meal and didn't share. 10/10 do not regret.
