As with any fast food reviews, keep in mind where you're at... That being said this white castle has been clean, super friendly, and accurate. I think I've only had them miss something in an order once and I didn't notice until I was too far away. ????♀️
I only get breakfast stuff personally, and it's almost already great. There have been a few times, namely when they're busy, that my eggs were kinda oniony which I don't like. But that's white castle for you. Egg and cheese sandwiches at a cheap cost, they actually have an egg and cheese only option (instead of paying extra and asking for no protein) which is a huge plus. Also, the waffle sandwich is great.
The employees are great here. The food is the food. I really liked the chicken & waffle slider but it's a little too sweet to get more than one. The sliders are good as usual. One odd thing though is, the dining area smells like urine, so I won't be going back inside.
Good food. Haven't had them for a while. Buns were a little softer then I remembered. Split a number 8 with my dad. Ate 6 and feel great. Better than the frozen ones. Would go again. Had a great soda machine plenty of choices.
Traveling through to get to Lexington, have not had White Castle since I was a little kid. Going in even during the lunch rush hour, the staff was able to get my order done promptly. Tried some new items like the 1921 slider (new to me) and the food tasted great and the staff were pretty friendly. Definitely recommend
Haven't had , White Castle in a while . Went through the drive through . Fast service , kind service and hot burgers !

Store is very very dirty and needs updated. Workers were sketchy and appearance was bad. Food wasn't the best and while we were waiting we watched the guy with the long hair that was the manager making sandwiches and then going to take orders and handling money with the same gloves, wipe his nose and then go back to the grill making more sandwiches. Very unsanitary. Thankfully he didn't make our food. Worst White Castle we've ever been to.

Classic white castle taste that has not gone away, good German mustard. Shakes are FILLING.
Whoever says White Castle is dog food chunks of meat, don't listen to them. This is the best for what it is, reliability. Great if you can't get a Golden Corral burger or BK. Due to this, White Castle is great by default. I am glad I am able to review a White Castle because I never grew up with them in New England. I just ate the frozen boxes you put in the microwave.
And oh. Krystal is not an alternative to White Castle. Whoever said that is lying to you.
Girl working the drive thru was rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. Placed a mobile order and there was a line of about 4 people in front of me, she said “next time could you try to give us more time because it had barely came on the screen when you came through”
If my order hadn’t came through then why didn’t you just pull me up? Some comments are unnecessary. On top of that the food here is garbage. Soggy sliders and trash attitudes. Nothing better
