Went through drive thru on July 26, got the wrong order. I should have checked my order. Went back August 2, placed an order for 12 piece ranch chicken rings, worker repeated 12 chicken rings, I emphasize ranch and worker repeated RANCH CHICKEN RINGS very rude. I let worker know I emphasize Ranch because I didn't get the correct order last week.
Need customer service training.
Spent a half hour in the drive thru, simple order. One car in front of me/ Took far too long for “fast food”.
I usually frequent da White Castles in Lake Station Indiana. Service is always prompt, order is always correct, never question my military service n always thank me for my service wen I pick up da order.
One of the workers, an older white woman with curly hair, was extremely rude. Horrible attitude and customer service. I believe her name is Dawn.
Fast service, pleasant customer service, and fresh hot food. Enjoyed every bite!
They have different hours of operation than an other White Castle restaurant in the country!! Quit staying open 24/7. Closed before 9p.m. some days. Never able to cook all menu items Order rarely right rude at window! Attached to a Speedway/7-11 24 hour gas station minimart. They're great on that side!!!
Drive thru worker bad attitude i asked her why she always mad she said because of nosy mfs like me i laughed at her she threatened me and i had to make sure she knew i carry n this aint that ????
This the third time they’ve screwed up my order . Asked for cheese and they give me plain burgers.i live to far to go back up there . I’ll just write corporate
